- RHO 제올라이트의 제조 방법으로서,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, Cs2O, 및 H2O를 포함하는 겔을 형성하는 단계로서, SiO2:Al2O3 몰 비가 10.4 내지 11.2이며, (Na2O+Cs2O):SiO2 몰 비가 0.3 내지 0.4이며, H2O:SiO2 몰 비가 7.0 내지 9.0인, 단계;
상기 겔을 20 내지 30℃의 온도에서 1 내지 5일의 기간 동안 유지함으로써 상기 겔을 에이징하는 단계; 및
상기 에이징된 겔을 85 내지 105℃의 온도로 가열하고, 상기 겔을 85 내지 105℃의 온도에서 3 내지 5일의 기간 동안 유지시킴으로써 상기 에이징된 겔을 결정화된 NaCsRHO 제올라이트 침전물 및 모액으로 결정화하고 분리하는 단계
