Claims (10)
- 연속 주조 설비에 있어서 주형으로부터 인발되는 주조편의 휨을 검출하는 주조편 휨 검출 장치이며,
상기 주형으로부터 인발되는 상기 주조편을 지지하는 롤 세그먼트의 출구측에 있어서, 상기 주조편을 끼움 지지하는 한 쌍의 압박 롤과,
이 한 쌍의 압박 롤을 상기 주조편의 두께 방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 이동 수단과,
상기 주조편의 두께 방향에 있어서의 상기 압박 롤의 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출 수단을 구비하고,
상기 주조편의 두께 방향에 있어서의 상기 압박 롤의 위치의 변위량이 소정값을 초과한 경우에, 한 쌍의 상기 압박 롤의 압박력을 조정하여, 상기 주조편의 휨을 교정하는
것을 특징으로 하는 주조편 휨 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 중심 고상률이 70% 이상인 상기 주조편을 검출 대상으로 하는
것을 특징으로 하는 주조편 휨 검출 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속 주조 설비가 수직형인
것을 특징으로 하는 주조편 휨 검출 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연속 주조 설비가 수직형인
것을 특징으로 하는 주조편 휨 검출 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 주조편 휨 검출 장치를 사용한 주조편의 휨 검출 방법이며,
한 쌍의 상기 압박 롤에 의해 상기 주조편을 끼움 지지한 상태로 하고, 상기 한 쌍의 압박 롤이 상기 주조편의 형상에 추종하여 상기 주조편의 두께 방향으로 이동했을 때의 상기 압박 롤의 위치를, 상기 위치 검출 수단에 의해 검출함으로써, 상기 주조편의 휨을 검출하고,
상기 주조편의 두께 방향에 있어서의 상기 압박 롤의 위치의 변위량이 소정값을 초과한 경우에, 한 쌍의 상기 압박 롤에 의한 압박력을 조정하여, 상기 주조편의 휨을 교정하는
것을 특징으로 하는 주조편의 휨 검출 방법. - 삭제
