Claims (12)
- (S1) 내측 노즐 및 외측 노즐을 포함하는 이중 노즐 전기방사 장치를 이용하여 튜브 전구체를 형성하되, 상기 내측 노즐에 금속 전구체 용액을 주입하고, 상기 외측 노즐에 탄소계 고분자 용액을 주입시켜 전기 방사하여 코어-쉘 형태를 가지는 튜브 전구체를 형성하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 튜브 전구체를 열처리하여 코어를 탄화시키는 제1 열처리 단계; 및
(S3) 상기 제1 열처리된 튜브 전구체를 열처리하여 튜브 구조체를 형성하는 제2 열처리 단계;를 포함하는 구조체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 전구체 용액은 금속 전구체 0.1 내지 5 중량%; 고분자 1 내지 20 중량%; 및 용매 75 내지 95 중량%;를 포함하는 구조체의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,

상기 제1 열처리시 온도는 200 내지 700 ℃인 구조체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 열처리시 온도는 700 ℃ 초과 1000 ℃ 이하인 구조체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S3) 단계 이후에,
(S4) 상기 튜브 구조체의 내부에 리튬 금속을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 구조체의 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 금속은 전해도금, 비전해도금 또는 증착에 의해 상기 튜브 구조체의 내부에 형성되는 구조체의 제조방법.
