Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 카운터 나삿니(11)와 상기 나삿니(4)는 나사결합상태에서 탄성변형에 의해서 서로에게 적합한 각기 다른 나사 윤곽들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치를 제공한다.

Claims (16)
- 나사체결 공구(1)와 공구 리시버(7)를 구비하고, 상기 나사체결 공구(1)는 상기 공구 리시버(7)상에 있는 내부 나삿니(11)에 결합하도록 외부 나삿니(4)를 갖는 도구장치에 있어서,
상기 내부 나삿니(11)와 상기 외부 나삿니(4)는 각기 다른 나사 윤곽들을 가지며, 나사결합상태에서 탄성변형에 의해서 서로에게 정합되고,
상기 나사체결 공구(1)와 상기 공구 리시버(7) 상에는 적어도 하나의 지지영역(Y)이 제공되고, 상기 지지영역(Y)은 상기 나사체결 공구(1)에 배치되고 서로 다른 테이퍼 각도들을 가지는 제1 원추형 접촉면(5)과 제2 원추형 접촉면(8) 및 상기 공구 리시버(7)에 배치되고 서로 다른 테이퍼 각도들을 가지는 제1 원추형 지지면(6)과 제2 원추형 지지면(9)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 제1 원추형 접촉면(5) 및 제2 원추형 접촉면(8)은 공구 헤드(2)에 인접하고,
상기 나사체결 공구(1)에 배치되는 상기 제1 원추형 접촉면(5) 및 상기 제2 원추형 첩촉면(8)이 기울어지는 방향과 상기 공구 리시버(7)에 배치되는 상기 제1 원추형 지지면(6) 및 상기 제2 원추형 지지면(9)이 기울어지는 방향은 서로 동일하고,
상기 나사체결 공구(1)에 배치되는 상기 제1 및 제2 원추형 접촉면(5, 8)은 서로 직접 인접하고, 상기 공구 리시버(7)에 배치되는 상기 제1 및 제2 원추형 지지면(6, 9)은 서로 직접 인접하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나삿니(4)와 상기 내부 나삿니(11)는 다른 테이퍼 각도(α;β)를 갖는 원추형 내부 나삿니와 외부 나삿니로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 나삿니(11)의 테이퍼 각도(β)는 상기 외부 나삿니(4)의 테이퍼 각도(α) 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나삿니(4) 또는 상기 내부 나삿니(11)는 나삿니가 형성된 플러그 상에 위치하고, 상기 외부 나삿니(4) 또는 상기 내부 나삿니(11)는 상기 나삿니가 형성된 플러그의 단부쪽으로 기울어진 나삿니 깊이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공구 리시버(7)는 상기 카운터 나삿니(11)가 위치하는 인써트 슬리이브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 삭제

상기 제 1 원추형 접촉면(5) 또는 상기 원추형 지지면(6)은 상기 공구의 중간축(12)에 대하여 170°의 테이퍼 각도를 가지며, 상기 제 2 원추형 접촉면(8) 또는 상기 지지면(9)은 상기 공구의 중간축(12)에 대하여 10°의 테이퍼 각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 원추형 접촉면(5) 또는 상기 원추형 지지면(6)의 직경은 증가하거나, 또는, 상기 나사체결 공구의 나사체결 방향으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
배치를 위한 다른 지지면(16)을 갖는 다른 지지영역(Z)이 상기 나사체결 공구와 상기 공구 리시버 상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
추가적인 접촉면(15)은 추가적인 지지면(16)에 비해서 과도한 치수를 가지며, 상기 나사체결 공구(1)와 상기 공구 리시버(7)의 조립과정 동안 상기 접촉면(15)과 상기 지지면(16) 사이에 프레싱이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 추가적인 접촉면(15)과 상기 추가적인 지지면(16)은 원통형, 구형, 또는 원추형 지지면 또는 접촉면들로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나삿니(4)는 외부 또는 내부 나삿니로서 설계되고, 이에 대응하여, 상기 내부 나삿니(11)는 외부 또는 내부 나삿니로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치. - 제 1 항에 따른 도구장치용 나사체결 공구.
- 제 1 항에 따른 도구장치용 공구 리시버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나삿니(4)와 상기 내부 나삿니(11)는 다른 피치들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도구장치.
