상기 희생층 위에 루프층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 희생층을 제거하여 액정 주입구가 형성된 복수의 미세 공간을 형성하는 단계,
상기 복수의 미세 공간에 배향 물질을 주입하는 단계,
상기 복수의 미세 공간에 액정 물질을 주입하는 단계, 그리고
상기 루프층 위에 상기 액정 주입구와 상기 액정 주입구 형성 영역을 덮도록 캐핑층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 액정 주입구 형성 영역은 상기 복수의 미세 공간 중 인접하는 미세 공간 사이에 위치하고,
상기 희생층의 상기 제1 부분은 반사 영역에 대응하고, 상기 희생층의 상기 제2 부분은 투과 영역에 대응하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제11항에서,
상기 제1 두께는 상기 반사 영역의 셀 갭에 대응하고, 상기 제2 두께는 상기 투과 영역의 셀 갭에 대응하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법 - 제12항에서,
상기 반사 영역에서의 상기 루프층의 두께가 상기 투과 영역에서의 상기 루프층의 두께보다 두꺼운 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제13항에서,
상기 희생층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되는 게이트선 방향을 따라 상기 제1 부분과 상기 제2 부분을 교대로 형성하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제13항에서,
상기 희생층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결되는 데이터선 방향을 따라 상기 제1 부분과 상기 제2 부분을 교대로 형성하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법. - 제13항에서,
