Claims (8)
- 항공기 주익에 연료탱크를 형성하기 위해 상기 주익의 메탈 구조물에 연결되는 스킨 어셈블리에 있어서,
상기 구조물의 외측에 배치되는 복합재;
상기 복합재의 외면에 마련되어 상기 주익으로 전류가 제공될 때에 상기 전류의 흐름을 상기 항공기 동체로 유도하는 제1 전도층; 및
상기 복합재와 상기 제1 전도층이 상기 구조물에 지지되도록 하고, 상기 제1 전도층으로부터의 전류 흐름이 상기 동체에 연결된 상기 구조물로 유도될 수 있도록 하는 메탈 재질의 체결부;
상기 구조물, 상기 복합재, 및 상기 제1 전도층을 관통하도록 배치되는 메탈 슬리브; 및
상기 구조물과 상기 복합재 사이에 배치되어 부식을 억제하는 베리어층을 포함하고,
상기 체결부는
상기 슬리브의 중공을 관통하는 스레드를 포함하며 헤드가 상기 복합재 외측에 배치되는 제1 체결부재와,
상기 구조물에 인접하여 상기 스레드와 체결되는 제2 체결부재를 포함하며,
상기 슬리브에는
도전성 접착제(Conductive Adhesive)가 도포되며,
상기 헤드와 대응되는 위치가 카운터 싱크(Counter sink)되고,
상기 제1 체결부재는
용융밀봉(Wet Sealing)된 볼트, 및 핀(Pin) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제2 체결부재는
캡슐과 결합된 너트(Encapsulated Bonded Nut), 및 돔 실링된 칼라(Collar) 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하며,
상기 구조물의 모서리는 아웃개싱이 억제되도록 엣지 실링되고,
상기 구조물과 제2 체결부재 사이는 아웃개싱 및 열 스파크 발생이 억제되도록 필렛 실링되며,
상기 베리어층은
유리섬유강화플라스틱(GFRP: Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 어셈블리.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전도층은
복수 개의 확장된 구리 박판(ECF: Expanded Copper Foil)이 적층되는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스킨 어셈블리.
