도 2는 파울링(fouling) 생성을 억제하기 위한 노즐의 일 작동상태를 설명하기 위한 개념도이다.

도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예와 관련된 반응기를 구성하는 노즐의 단면도이다.
도 6 및 도 7은 종래 반응기와 본 발명에 따른 반응기에서의 내부 유동을 비교하기 위한 시뮬레이션 결과들이다.

Claims (14)
- 결정화 반응이 일어나는 반응공간이 마련된 하우징;
상기 하우징 내부에 배치되며, 하우징의 높이 방향을 따라 개방된 중공을 갖는 튜브;
반응공간의 반응물을 튜브 내부 및 외부로 유동시키도록 하우징 내부에 마련된 임펠러; 및
반응공간으로 액체를 분사하도록 하우징 벽면으로부터 튜브 측을 향하여 소정 길이로 연장 형성된 노즐을 포함하며,
상기 노즐은 튜브의 둘레방향을 따라 복수 개로 구비되고,
상기 노즐은 분사구가, 하우징 벽면과 튜브 사이의 간격의 5% 이하에 위치하도록 마련되고,
상기 간격은 튜브의 반경방향에 따른 간격이며,
임펠러의 회전에 의하여, 튜브 내부에서 반응물의 하강 유동이 이루어지고, 튜브와 하우징 벽면 사이 공간에서 반응물의 상승 유동이 이루어지며,
상기 액체는 반응기 내부 압력과 온도에서 기화가 일어날 수 있는 끓는점을 갖는 액체이며,
노즐은, 결정화 반응 시 노즐로부터 분사된 액체가 기화되어 생성된 증기가 하우징의 벽면에 인접하여 상승하며, 하우징의 벽면의 파울링에 전단력을 가하도록 마련된 반응기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
노즐은 결정화 열을 제거하기 위한 액체를 분사하도록 마련된 반응기. - 삭제
