Claims (4)
- 結晶種の流動床が形成された反応晶析槽と、
該反応晶析槽内に上下方向に設置されたドラフト管と、
該ドラフト管内の結晶種を該ドラフト管の下部又は上部からドラフト管外周囲に向って移動させる移動手段とを有し、
該反応晶析槽内の下部に分散板が設置され、該分散板の上側に前記結晶種の流動床が形成され、
該ドラフト管は、その上端が、該結晶種が静止している状態で該結晶種充填層の上部よりも上位に位置し、かつ、該流動床の界面よりも下位となるように設置されている晶析装置の反応晶析槽内にリン含有水を導入し、リン含有水中のリンと前記結晶種とを接触させて、リン含有水中のリンをリン酸カルシウム化合物として分離する晶析方法であって、
該リン含有水は前記分散板の下側に導入され、
該流動床の展開率が30〜150%で処理が行われることを特徴とする晶析方法。 - 請求項1において、前記ドラフト管の上端と流動床の界面との距離が30〜200cmであることを特徴とする晶析方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記移動手段は、前記ドラフト管内に配置され、回転により該ドラフト管内に下降流を形成される翼体を有することを特徴とする晶析方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、前記ドラフト管の下端は、前記分散板から30〜100cm上方に配置されることを特徴とする晶析方法。
