Claims (7)
- 기판, 상기 기판 위에 형성되는 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 박막 트랜지스터 위에 형성되는 발광 소자를 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치로서,
상기 기판은,
상기 박막 트랜지스터 아래에 형성된 제 1 지지막;
상기 제 1 지지막과 대향하도록 배치된 제 2 지지막;
상기 제 1 지지막 및 제 2 지지막 사이에 배치되고, 금속으로 이루어지는 반사막;
상기 제1 지지막과 상기 반사막 사이에 배치된 제1 절연층; 및
상기 제2 지지막과 상기 반사막 사이에 배치된 제2 절연층으로 포함하고,
상기 제1 지지막 및 상기 제2 지지막은 각각 폴리이미드로 이루어지는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 지지막과 상기 반사막 사이 및 상기 반사막과 제 2 지지막 사이 중 적어도 어느 하나에 형성되는 절연막을 더 포함하는 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 절연막은 산화 실리콘(SiOx) 또는 질화 실리콘(SiNx)으로 이루어진 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반사막은 알루미늄(Al), 크롬(Cr), 몰리브덴(Mo) 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 플렉서블 표시 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 소자는 유기 발광 소자, 액정 표시 소자 및 전기 영동 표시 소자 중 어느 하나인 플렉서블 표시 장치.
