Claims (18)
- 카르복실산기를 갖는 경화성 수지, 2관능성 아지리딘계 경화제 및 전도성 고분자를 포함하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물로서,
상기 제전성 코팅층용 조성물은 상기 카르복실산기를 갖는 경화성 수지 80중량부 내지 99중량부, 상기 전도성 고분자 1중량부 내지 20중량부, 및 상기 카르복실산기를 갖는 경화성 수지와 상기 전도성 고분자의 총합 100중량부에 대해 상기 2관능성 아지리딘계 경화제 0.0005중량부 내지 0.02중량부를 포함하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제전성 코팅층용 조성물은 하기 식 2로 표시되는, 표면저항의 상용로그의 값의 차이가 2Ω/□ 이상이 되는 최초의 방치 시간이 24시간 이상인, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물:

(상기 식 2에서, B는 제전성 코팅층용 조성물 100g을 편광필름에 두께 10㎛로 코팅하고 80℃에서 2분 동안 건조시켜 얻은 두께 0.1㎛의 도막에 대하여 23℃ 및 상대습도 55%에서 측정된 표면 저항(단위:Ω/□),
A는 상기 제전성 코팅층용 조성물 100g을 25℃에서 소정의 방치 시간 동안 방치시킨 후 편광필름에 두께 10㎛로 코팅하고 80℃에서 2분 동안 건조시켜 얻은 두께 0.1㎛의 도막에 대하여 23℃ 및 상대습도 55%에서 측정된 표면 저항(단위:Ω/□)).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 수지는 산가가 1mg KOH/g 내지 30mg KOH/g인, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 수지는 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 갖는 열경화성 수지인, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 수지는 우레탄 결합을 함유하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 수지는 카르복실산기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자는 수계 도판트로 도프된, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아세틸렌, 폴리(p-페닐렌), 폴리티오펜, 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜), 폴리피롤, 폴리(p-페닐렌설파이드), 폴리(p-페닐렌비닐렌), 폴리(티에닐렌 비닐렌), 폴리아닐린 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2관능 아지리딘계 경화제는 N,N'-(메틸렌디페닐렌) 비스(아지리딘-1-카르복스아미드), N,N'-헥사메틸렌 1,6-비스(1-아지리딘카르복스아미드) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제전성 코팅층용 조성물은 수계 용매를 포함하는 수계 제전성 코팅층용 조성물인, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수계 용매는 (i)물, 또는 (ii)물; 및 알코올, 디메틸술폭시드 중 하나 이상의 혼합 용매인, 제전성 코팅층용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 편광필름;
제전성 코팅층; 및
점착층이 순차적으로 적층되고,
상기 제전성 코팅층은 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 제전성 코팅층용 조성물로 형성된 것인, 편광판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 편광판은 하기 식 1의 표면 저항 변화율이 5% 이하인, 편광판:

표면 저항 변화율 = |R1 - R0|/R0 x 100
(상기 식 1에서, R0은 상기 편광판 중 상기 점착층 면에 대해 23℃ 및 상대습도 55%에서 표면 저항의 초기 값(단위:Ω/□),
R1은 상기 편광판을 60℃ 및 상대습도 95%에서 500시간 동안 방치한 후, 상온으로 꺼내고, 상기와 동일 방법으로 측정한 표면 저항(단위:Ω/□)).
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제전성 코팅층은 상기 편광필름에 직접적으로 형성된, 편광판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제전성 코팅층은 두께가 1nm 내지 10㎛인, 편광판.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 카르복실산기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 공중합체 및 경화제를 포함하는 점착층용 조성물로 형성된 것인, 편광판.
- 제13항의 편광판을 포함하는, 광학표시장치.
