Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 하기를 포함하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
· 상부면 S1과 하부면 S2를 갖는 지지체 S,
· 임의로 상기 지지체 S의 상부면 S1의 적어도 하나의 부분 또는 전부에 도포된 적어도 하나의 타이 프라이머 C1,
· 상기 지지체 S 의 상부면 S1 상에 또는 상기 타이 프라이머 C1이 존재하는 경우에는 그 위에 연속적으로 또는 불연속적으로 도포되고, 피부에 접착되는 실리콘 겔 E로 이루어진, 하기 특성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 층 D1:
a) 표준 NF ISO 2137에 따라 무게의 합이 62.5 g인 막대 및 원뿔을 갖는 투과도계로 측정된 80 mm/10 내지 300 mm/10, 또는 80 mm/10 내지 200 mm/10의 투과력,
b) 표준 ASTM D2979에 따라 측정되고 36㎛의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2의 층에 대해서 600 gf/cm2 내지 900 gf/cm2, 또는 700 gf/cm2 내지 850 gf/cm2의 점착성,
c) FINAT 1번 시험 방법에 따라 180°의 박리 각도로 접촉시킨 Bristol 종이 스트립을 접촉시켜 측정되고 36㎛의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2 의 층에 대해서 1.05 N/cm 내지 1.25 N/cm, 또는 1.10 N/cm 내지 1.20 N/cm의 접착력,
d) FINAT 8번 시험 방법에 따라 23 ℃에서 3시간 초과로 측정된 36 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2 의 층에 대한 정적 전단 강도;
· 임의로 박리 보호 재료로 이루어지고 상기 층 D1에 도포된 적어도 하나의 보호층 F,
상기 실리콘 겔 E 는 하기를 포함하는 실리콘 조성물 X 의 가교에 의해 수득됨:
1) 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 C2-C6 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하고 :
(i) 화학식 (A1)의 적어도 두 개의 단위:
(Y)a(Z)bSiO(4-(a+b)/2 (A1)
식 중:
- Y는 C2 내지 C6 알케닐기, 또는 비닐기를 나타내고,
- Z는 탄소수 1 내지 8 개를 가진 알킬기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 시클로헵틸기, 시클로옥틸기, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 1가 탄화수소-기반기를 나타내고;
- a 및 b는 정수를 나타내며, a는 1, 2 또는 3이고, b는 0, 1 또는 2이고 (a+b)는 2 또는 3임;
(ii) 및 임의의 화학식 (A2)의 적어도 하나의 단위 :
(Z)cSiO(4-c)/2 (A2)
식 중:
- Z는 상기와 동일한 의미를 갖고,
- c는 2 또는 3 인 정수를 나타냄
로 이루어지는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산 A
2) 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 수소 원자, 또는 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 세 개의 수소 원자를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산 B,
3) 적어도 하나의 히드로실릴화 촉매 C,
4) 적어도 하나의 히드로실릴화 반응 억제제 D,
5) 임의의 적어도 하나의 첨가제 K, 및
6) 실리콘 조성물 X 의 총 중량에 대하여 1.5 내지 3.5 중량%, 또는 1.75 내지 3.0 중량%의, 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기를 갖고 하기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지 Z:
a) 화학식 (I)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위 :
(I)
식 중:
- Y는 C2 내지 C6 알케닐기, 또는 비닐기를 나타내고,
- R은 탄소수 1 내지 8 개를 가진 알킬기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 시클로헵틸기, 시클로옥틸기, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 1가 탄화수소-기반기이고,
- a = 0, 1 또는 2, 또는 a = 1 또는 2 임;
b) 화학식 (II)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위:

식 중, R은 상기 정의와 동일하고 b = 1, 2 또는 3 임; 및
c) 화학식 (III)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위 Q:
(III)
이 때, 하기를 조건으로 함:
a) nH = 오르가노폴리실록산 B의 규소 원자에 직접 결합된 수소 원자의 몰수이고, tAlk = 오르가노폴리실록산 A 및 실리콘 수지 Z의 규소 원자에 직접 결합된 알케닐의 몰수일 때 비율 RHalk = nH/tAlk의 값이 0.10 ≤RHalk≤0.80의 범위, 0.20 ≤RHalk ≤0.80의 범위, 또는 0.20≤RHalk≤0.75의 범위에 포함되도록 오르가노폴리실록산 A, B 및 Z의 중량으로의 양을 결정하고,
b) 실리콘 조성물 X의 성분의 점도 및 중량으로의 양은 실리콘 조성물 X의 점도가 25 ℃에서 200 mPa.s 내지 100,000 mPa.s 사이, 또는 25 ℃에서 200 mPa.s 내지 80,000 mPa.s 사이이도록 선택함. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기를 포함하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
· 상부면 S1과 하부면 S2를 갖는 지지체 S,
· 상기 지지체 S의 상부면 S1의 적어도 하나의 부분 또는 전부에 도포된 적어도 하나의 타이 프라이머 C1,
· 상기 타이 프라이머 C1 상에 연속적으로 또는 불연속적으로 도포되고, 피부에 접착되는 실리콘 겔 E로 이루어진, 하기 특성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 층 D1:
a) 표준 NF ISO 2137에 따라 무게의 합이 62.5 g인 막대 및 원뿔을 갖는 투과도계로 측정된 80 mm/10 내지 300 mm/10, 또는 80 mm/10 내지 200 mm/10의 투과력,
b) 표준 ASTM D2979에 따라 측정되고 36㎛의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2의 층에 대해서 600 gf/cm2 내지 900 gf/cm2, 또는 700 gf/cm2 내지 850 gf/cm2의 점착성,
c) FINAT 1번 시험 방법에 따라 180°의 박리 각도로 접촉시킨 Bristol 종이 스트립을 접촉시켜 측정되고 36㎛의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2 의 층에 대해서 1.05 N/cm 내지 1.25 N/cm, 또는 1.10 N/cm 내지 1.20 N/cm의 접착력,
d) FINAT 8번 시험 방법에 따라 23 ℃에서 3시간 초과로 측정된 36 ㎛ 의 두께를 갖는 PET 지지체 상에 코팅된 200 g/m2 의 층에 대한 정적 전단 강도;
· 임의로 박리 보호 재료로 이루어지고 상기 층 D1에 도포된 적어도 하나의 보호층 F,
상기 실리콘 겔 E 는 하기를 포함하는 실리콘 조성물 X 의 가교에 의해 수득됨:
1) 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 C2-C6 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하고 :
(i) 화학식 (A1)의 적어도 두 개의 실록시 단위:
(Y)a(Z)bSiO(4-(a+b)/2 (A1)
식 중:
- Y는 C2 내지 C6 알케닐기, 또는 비닐기를 나타내고,
- Z는 탄소수 1 내지 8 개를 가진 알킬기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 시클로헵틸기, 시클로옥틸기, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 1가 탄화수소-기반기를 나타내고;
- a 및 b는 정수를 나타내며, a는 1, 2 또는 3이고, b는 0, 1 또는 2이고 (a+b)는 2 또는 3임;
(ii) 및 임의의 화학식 (A2)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위 :
(Z)cSiO(4-c)/2 (A2)
식 중:
- Z는 상기와 동일한 의미를 갖고,
- c는 2 또는 3 인 정수를 나타냄
로 이루어지는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산 A
2) 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 수소 원자, 또는 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 세 개의 수소 원자를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산 B,
3) 적어도 하나의 히드로실릴화 촉매 C,
4) 적어도 하나의 히드로실릴화 반응 억제제 D,
5) 임의의 적어도 하나의 첨가제 K, 및
6) 실리콘 조성물 X 의 총 중량에 대하여 1.5 내지 3.5 중량%, 또는 1.75 내지 3.0 중량%의, 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기를 갖고 하기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 실리콘 수지 Z:
a) 화학식 (I)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위 :
(I)
식 중:
- Y는 C2 내지 C6 알케닐기, 또는 비닐기를 나타내고,
- R은 탄소수 1 내지 8 개를 가진 알킬기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 시클로헵틸기, 시클로옥틸기, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 및 페닐기로부터 선택된 1가 탄화수소-기반기이고,
- a = 0, 1 또는 2, 또는 a = 1 또는 2 임;
b) 화학식 (II)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위:
(II)
식 중, R은 상기 정의와 동일하고 b = 1, 2 또는 3 임; 및
c) 화학식 (III)의 적어도 하나의 실록시 단위 Q:
(III)
이 때, 하기를 조건으로 함:
a) nH = 오르가노폴리실록산 B의 규소 원자에 직접 결합된 수소 원자의 몰수이고, tAlk = 오르가노폴리실록산 A 및 실리콘 수지 Z의 규소 원자에 직접 결합된 알케닐의 몰수일 때 비율 RHalk = nH/tAlk의 값이 0.10 ≤RHalk≤0.80의 범위, 0.20 ≤RHalk ≤0.80의 범위, 또는 0.20≤RHalk≤0.75의 범위에 포함되도록 오르가노폴리실록산 A, B 및 Z의 중량으로의 양을 결정하고,
b) 실리콘 조성물 X의 성분의 점도 및 중량으로의 양은 실리콘 조성물 X의 점도가 25 ℃에서 200 mPa.s 내지 100,000 mPa.s 사이, 또는 25 ℃에서 200 mPa.s 내지 80,000 mPa.s 사이이도록 선택함. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 규소 원자에 결합된 알케닐기를 갖는 실리콘 수지 Z가 하기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
- 화학식 MDViQ의 실리콘 수지 Z1, 식 중:
· M은 화학식 R3SiO1/2 의 실록시 단위이고, 여기서 R은 C1 내지 C8 알킬, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 또는 페닐기이고,
· DVi는 화학식 RR1SiO2/2 의 실록시 단위이고, 여기서 R은 C1 내지 C8 알킬 또는 아릴기이고 R1은 비닐기이고,
· Q는 화학식 SiO4/2의 실록시 단위임;
- 화학식 MMViQ의 실리콘 수지 Z2, 식 중:
· M은 화학식 R3SiO1/2 의 실록시 단위이고, 여기서 R은 C1 내지 C8 알킬, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 또는 페닐기이고,
· MVi는 화학식 R2(Vi)SiO1/2 의 실록시 단위이고, 여기서 Vi는 비닐기이고 R은 C1 내지 C8 알킬기, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 또는 페닐기이고,
· Q는 화학식 SiO4/2의 실록시 단위임,
- 실리콘 수지 Z1 및 Z2의 혼합물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물 X가 하기 a) 및 b)인 적어도 두 개의 상이한 오르가노폴리실록산 B 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
a) 하기를 포함하는 사슬 연장제 Bext :
· 화학식 (M)의 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 말단 1가 실록시 단위 :
(H)p(R1)qSiO1/2 (M)
식 중, 기호 R1은 C1 내지 C8 알킬기에 상응하고; 기호 H는 수소 원자를 나타내고, p=0 또는 1, q=2 또는 3 및 (p+q)=3 임;
· 화학식 (D)의 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 2가 실록시 단위:
(H)n(R2)mSiO2/2 (D)
식 중, 라디칼 R2는 C1 내지 C8 알킬기 또는 아릴기에 해당하고, 기호 H는 수소 원자를 나타내며, n=0 또는 1, m=1 또는 2 및 (n+m)=2 임, 및
· 오르가노폴리실록산 Bext 가 중합체 당 상이한 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 2 개의 수소 원자, 즉 중합체 당 2 개의 Si-H 작용기를 포함하는 것을 조건으로 함;
b) 하기를 포함하는 가교 결합제 Bret :
· 화학식 (B.1)의 적어도 세 개의 실록시 단위:
(H)(L)e SiO(3-e)/2 (B.1)
식 중, 기호 H 는 수소 원자를 나타내고, 기호 L 은 탄소수 1 내지 8 의 알킬, 아릴기, 크실릴기, 톨릴기 또는 페닐기를 나타내고, 기호 e는 0, 1 또는 2임;
· 임의로 화학식 (B-2)의 다른 실록시 단위 :

식 중, 기호 L 은 탄소수 1 내지 8 개의 알킬을 나타내고, 기호 g는 0, 1, 2 또는 3임. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물 X는 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 C2 내지 C6 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하고, 하기를 특징으로 하는 적어도 두 개의 오르가노폴리실록산 A1 및 A2 를 포함하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
a) 오르가노폴리실록산 A1은 25 ℃에서 100 mPa.s와 120,000 mPa.s 사이의 동적 점도를 가짐, 및
b) 오르가노폴리실록산 A2는 25 ℃에서 500 mm/10 내지 1000 mm/10 사이의 주도(consistency)를 갖는 검임. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물 X 가 분자당, 규소 원자에 각각 결합된 적어도 두 개의 C2 내지 C6 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하는 하기와 같은 적어도 세 개의 오르가노폴리실록산 A 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품:
a) 100 mPa.s 내지 5000 mPa.s 사이의 점도를 갖는 제 1 오르가노폴리실록산 A,
b) 5000mPa.s 내지 15000mPa.s 사이의 점도를 갖는 제 2 오르가노폴리실록산 A,
c) 15000mPa.s 내지 100000mPa.s 사이의 점도를 갖는 제 3 오르가노폴리실록산 A. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지체 S 가 부직포 재료, 편직 또는 직포된 직물 재료 또는 플라스틱 필름으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 지지체 S가 천공된 유연성 폴리우레탄 필름 또는 연속 유연성 폴리우레탄 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지체 S 의 하부면 S2 의 측면 상의 지지체 S 에 위치하고 하나 이상의 중간층 P 에 의해 임의로 분리된 흡수성 물질 O 를 포함하는 하나 이상의 층 N 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 지지체 S 는 유연성 폴리우레탄 필름이고, 하부면 S2 의 적어도 한 부분에 감압성 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 의료 장치 또는 의료 장치의 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부에 접착되는 용품.
