Abstract
[해결 수단] 부극과, 정극과, 수계 전해액을 구비하는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지로서, 상기 부극은, 부극 활물질과 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌과의 복합체를 가지고, 상기 복합체는, FT-IR 측정에 있어서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에 유래하는 1150cm-1 근방 및 1210cm-1 근방의 피크가 확인되는 한편, 라만 분광 측정에 있어서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에 유래하는 729cm-1 근방의 피크가 확인되지 않는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지로 한다.

Claims (13)
- 부극과, 정극과, 수계 전해액을 구비하는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지로서,
상기 부극은, 부극 활물질과 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌과의 복합체를 가지고,
상기 복합체는, FT-IR 측정에 있어서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에 유래하는 1150cm-1 근방 및 1210cm-1 근방의 피크가 확인되는 한편, 라만 분광 측정에 있어서 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌에 유래하는 729cm-1 근방의 피크가 확인되지 않는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질이 탄소계 활물질인 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질이 입자상이며, 입자경이 10㎚ 이상 20㎛ 이하인 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 복합체는, 상기 부극 활물질을 10질량% 이상 80질량% 이하, 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 20질량% 이상 90질량% 이하 포함하는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 부극이 부극 집전체를 가지고, 당해 부극 집전체의 표면이 상기 부극 활물질을 포함하는 층으로 피복되어 있는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 부극 집전체가 그라파이트 시트인 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수계 전해액은 물 1kg에 대하여 전해질이 21mol 이상 용해되어 있는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전해질이 리튬비스(트리플루오로메탄술포닐)이미드 및 리튬비스(플루오로술포닐)이미드로부터 선택되는 적어도 일방을 포함하는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지. - 부극 활물질과 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 혼합하여 혼합물로 하는 공정, 및
상기 혼합물을, 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 유리 전이 온도 이상, 또한, 기화 온도 미만의 온도로 가열하여, 상기 부극 활물질과 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌과의 복합체를 얻는 공정을 구비하는 부극 활물질 복합체의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질이 탄소계 활물질인 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 부극 활물질 복합체를 제조하는 공정과,
상기 부극 활물질 복합체를 이용하여 부극을 제조하는 공정과,
정극을 제조하는 공정과,
수계 전해액을 제조하는 공정과,
제조한 상기 부극, 상기 정극 및 상기 수계 전해액을 전지 케이스에 수용하는 공정을 구비하는 수계 리튬 이온 이차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 부극, 상기 정극 및 상기 수계 전해액을 상기 전지 케이스에 수용하여 전지를 구성한 후에, 상기 수계 전해액이 분해되어 수소가 발생하는 전위보다 큰 전위이고, 또한, 상기 수계 전해액에 포함되는 전해질이 분해되어 SEI를 형성하는 전위로 충방전을 행하는 공정을 더 구비하는 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
1.244V(vs. Li/Li+) 이상 3.244V(vs. Li/Li+) 이하의 전위로 상기 충방전을 행하는 제조 방법.
