도 2는 본 발명의 제1구현예에 따른 액정패널과 편광판을 보여주는 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 외측필름, 접착제, 편광자, 접착제, 보호필름 및 점착제층이 순차적으로 적층된 상부 및 하부 편광관과, 상기 점착제층을 통해 상부 및 하부 편광판 사이에 위치한 액정 패널을 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서,
상기 상부 편광판은 편광자와 보호필름 사이에, 상기 하부 편광판은 점착제층과 보호필름 사이에 접착용이층을 배치하고,
상기 하부 편광판에서 편광자 및 보호필름은 접착제를 통해 직접 적층되며,
상기 상부 편광판에서 보호필름 및 점착제층은 직접 적층되고,
상기 상부 및 하부 편광판의 외측필름, 편광자 및 보호필름은 광경화성 접착제로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접착용이층은 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 아크릴계 수지 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 바인더 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 접착용이층은 그 두께가 2.0 내지 500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 외측필름은 적어도 하나의 보호필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 외측필름은 추가로 접착제층, 점착제층, 하드코팅층, 반사방지층, 점착방지층, 확산방지층, 눈부심 방지층, 위상차보상층, 시야각보상층, 휘도향상층, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 기능성층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광경화성 접착제는 5㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 편광자는 이색성 염료 또는 요오드로 염색된 폴리비닐알코올계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 상부 편광판의 흡수측이 80 내지 100도이고, 하부 편광판의 흡수축이 -10 내지 10도이고,
상기 상부 및 하부 편광판들은 흡수축이 서로 90도를 이루도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 상부 편광판의 흡수축이 -10 내지 10도이고, 하부 편광판의 흡수측이 80 내지 100도이고,
상기 상부 및 하부 편광판들은 흡수축이 서로 90도를 이루도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
