Abstract

상기 유입구 및/또는 유출구가 상기 플레이트 요소들의 벌징부 내에 제공되어 있으며, 상기 벌징부(들)은 상기 하우징을 따라, 상기 유입구와 유출구를 연결하는 직선에 수직인 부품을 갖는, 연장부를 갖는다.

Claims (7)
- 냉각 유체를 이용하여 공기를 냉각시키기 위해 형성된, 내연 기관용 열교환기로서, 상기 열교환기는 하우징, 냉각 유체용 유입구 및 유출구를 가지며,
- 상기 하우징은 내부에 공기를 통과시키기 위한 라인들을 갖고, 이들 라인들은 상기 하우징을 통해서 연장되며,
- 상기 냉각 유체용 유입구와 유출구가 상기 하우징 내에 형성되어 있고,
상기 하우징은, 이러한 하우징을 형성하는 다수의 플레이트 요소를 가지며, 상기 유입구와 유출구는 상이한 플레이트 요소들 내에 형성되어 있으며,
상기 유입구 및/또는 유출구가 상기 플레이트 요소들의 벌징부(bulging) 내에 제공되어 있으며, 상기 벌징부(들)은 상기 하우징을 따라, 상기 유입구와 유출구를 연결하는 직선에 수직인 부품을 갖는 연장부를 가지며,
상기 유입구 및/또는 유출구가 제공된 플레이트 요소가 상기 하우징의 다른 플레이트 요소와 중첩됨으로써, 상기 다른 플레이트 요소가 상기 벌징부에 의해 형성되고 상기 냉각 유체가 유입되는 공동부의 경계를 부분적으로 제한하는, 열교환기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 라인들이 상기 열교환기의 베이스 플레이트(base plate)들과 이어져 있고, 상기 냉각 유체용 유입구 및/또는 유출구가 관련된 베이스 플레이트와 일체형인 플레이트 요소 내에 형성되는, 열교환기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유입구 및/또는 유출구가 이어지는 상기 플레이트 요소의 부품과 상기 베이스 플레이트가 서로 수직인, 열교환기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 플레이트의 플레이트 요소가 상기 베이스 플레이트에 인접하는 주변 부품들을 더 포함하고, 상기 주변 부품들은 상기 유입구 또는 유출구가 이어지는 부품과 함께 상기 베이스 플레이트를 둘러싸는, 열교환기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징이 평행 육면체 형상을 갖고, 상기 유입구와 유출구가 상기 평행 육면체의 동일한 측면에 형성되는, 열교환기. - 제1항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 벌징부가 L 자형으로 형성되는, 열교환기.
