Abstract
상기 위조 방지용 합금 분말은 직경 1~30 ㎛의 구형 입자이고, 분말 입자의 애스펙트 비는 평균 1~3이며, 평균 산소 농도가 2000ppm 이하인 입자 특성을 지니며, 환경 변화에 따른 자성 변화가 적은 특성을 가져 위조 방지용 자성 잉크로 사용될 수 있다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 Fe-Cr-Co-X계 합금 분말의 보자력 값을 나타낸 그래프이다.

- (ⅰ) 출발 원료로서 Fe 분말, Cr 분말, Co 분말 및 X 분말 (단, X는 Ni, Al, Cu, Mn, Si, B, C, W, Mo, Ti, Nb, V 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소임)을 혼합 및 용해하여, 가스분무법 또는 가스 수 분산법에 의해 구형의 자석합금 분말로 제조하는 단계; 및
(ⅱ) 상기 구형의 합금 분말을 500~750℃ 범위의 온도에서 30분 내지 2시간 동안 유지한 후, 2.5℃/분의 냉각 속도로 실온까지 시효 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 위조 방지용 자석 합금 분말의 제조방법.
