Claims (24)
- 자성체 코어 및 쉘을 포함하고,
자성체 코어와 쉘 사이에, 중공부를 포함하되,
상기 쉘은 유전체 물질로 되는 제1쉘 및 금속으로 되는 제2쉘을 포함하는 것인 자성입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
쉘은 금속 또는 유전체 물질을 포함하며, 단층 또는 다층인 자성입자. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
중공부는 두께가 10 내지 300nm인 자성입자. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 구형 또는 판상형인 자성입자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
명도가 65 이상인 자성입자. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
유가증서의 보안 입자인 자성입자. - 삭제
- 자성체 코어 상에, 열처리 또는 화학적 처리에 의해 제거 가능한 중공형성용 물질층을 형성하는 단계;
중공형성용 물질층 상에, 유전체 물질을 포함하는 제1쉘층을 형성하는 단계;
중공형성용 물질층을 제거하여 중공부를 형성하는 단계; 및
제1쉘층 상에 금속을 포함하는 제2쉘층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
중공형성용 물질층은 비닐계 고분자를 포함하는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
중공형성용 물질층을 형성하는 단계는 자성체 코어 상에서 고분자 형성용 조성물을 중합반응시키는 방법으로 수행되며, 고분자 형성용 조성물은 고분자를 제조하기 위한 원료 단량체 및 개시제를 포함하는 것인 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
중공형성용 물질층을 형성하는 단계는 자성체 코어를 커플링제를 이용하여 표면개질하고, 표면개질된 자성체 코어 상에서 고분자 형성용 조성물을 중합반응시키는 방법으로 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
고분자 형성용 조성물은 응집 안정화제로서 음이온성 단량체를 포함하는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
고분자 형성용 조성물에서 원료 단량체와 음이온성 단량체의 함량에 따라 중공부의 두께가 제어되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
고분자 형성용 조성물는 원료 단량체로 스티렌계 단량체를 포함하고, 음이온성 단량체로 소듐 스티렌 설포네이트를 포함하는 것인 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
중공형성용 물질층을 형성하는 단계에서 표면개질은 3-메타크릴록시 프로필 트리메톡시실란을 커플링제로 이용하여 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 자성체 코어 상에, 열처리 또는 화학적 처리에 의해 제거 가능한 중공형성용 물질층을 형성하는 단계;
중공형성용 물질층 상에, 유전체 물질 또는 금속을 포함하는 쉘층을 형성하는 단계; 및
중공형성용 물질층을 제거하여 중공부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 쉘층을 형성하는 단계는 중공형성용 물질층 상에, 유전체 물질로 되는 제1쉘층을 형성하고, 제1쉘층 상에 금속을 포함하는 제2쉘층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
제1쉘층을 형성하는 데 있어서 유전체 물질은 산화티탄이고, 반응온도는 20 내지 85℃인 조건으로 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
제1쉘층을 형성하는 데 있어서 유전체 물질은 산화티탄이고, 반응온도는 20 내지 85℃인 조건으로 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
중공부를 형성하는 단계는 고분자를 용해시키는 용매에 자성입자를 처리하여 중공형성물질층을 제거하는 방법으로 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
중공부를 형성하는 단계는 고분자를 소성시킬 수 있는 온도 범위에서 자성입자를 소성하여 중공형성물질층을 제거하는 방법으로 수행되는 자성입자의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항의 자성입자를 함유하는 유가증서의 보안용 잉크.
