Claims (22)
- 제1 기판;
상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 제2 기판; 및
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 제공된 액정층을 포함하며,
상기 액정층은
알케닐계 액정;
알콕시계 액정; 및
산화 방지제와 이의 유도체를 포함하는 액정 조성물로 이루어지고,
상기 알콕시계 액정은 하기 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나이고,
, , , 및
여기서, 각 X 및 각 Y는 독립적으로 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 알킬기이며,
상기 알케닐계 액정은 전체 액정 조성물 100중량% 대비 20중량% 내지 60 중량%으로, 상기 알콕시계 액정은 전체 액정 조성물 대비 40중량% 초과 65중량% 이하로 함유되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화 방지제는 전체 액정 조성물 대비 0ppm 초과 10000ppm으로 함유된 액정 표시 장치. - 삭제

상기 액정 조성물은 0 초과 15 중량% 이하의 터페닐계 액정을 더 함유하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화 방지제는 알킬화 모노페놀, 알킬티오메틸페놀, 히드로퀴논 및 알킬화 히드로퀴논, 토코페롤, 히드록시화 티오디페닐 에테르, 알킬리덴비스페놀, O-, N- 및 S-벤질 화합물, 히드록시벤질화 말로네이트, 방향족 히드록시벤질 화합물, 벤질포스네이트, 아실아미노페놀, 1가 또는 다가 알코올, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(5-삼차부틸-4-히드록시-3-메틸페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(3,5-디시클로헥실-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐 아세트산의 에스테르, β-(3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피온산의 아미드, 아스코르브산, 및 아민 산화 방지제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산화 방지제는 ANOX® 70(CAS 41484-35-9), ANOX® 330(CAS 1709-70-2), ANOX® 1315(CAS 171090-93-0), ANOX® PP18(CAS 2082-79-3), LOWINOX® 1790(CAS 40601-76-1), LOWINOX® 22M46(CAS 119-47-1), LOWINOX® 44B25(CAS 85-60-9), LOWINOX® CA22(CAS 1843-03-4), LOWINOX® CPL(CAS 68610-51-5), LOWINOX® GP45(CAS 36443-68-2), LOWINOX® HD98(CAS 23128-74-7), LOWINOX® TBP6(CAS 90-66-4), LOWINOX® WSP(CAS 77-62-3), NAUGARD® 536(CAS 7786-17-6), 및 NAUGARD® 536(CAS 7786-17-6)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기판과 상기 액정층 사이에 제공된 제1 배향막과, 상기 제2 기판과 상기 액정층 사이에 제공된 제2 배향막을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 배향막은 각각 중합된 반응성 메조겐을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 메조겐은 전체 액정 조성물 100중량% 대비 0중량% 내지 30중량%로 함유된 액정 표시 장치. - 제1 기판을 형성하는 단계;
제2 기판을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에, 알케닐계 액정, 알콕시계 액정, 산화 방지제, 및 반응성 메조겐을 포함하는 액정 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 액정 조성물에 광을 제공하여 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 상에 각각 제1 및 제2 배향 형성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 알콕시계 액정은 하기 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나이고,
, , , 및
여기서, 각 X 및 각 Y는 독립적으로 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 알킬기이며,
상기 알케닐계 액정은 전체 액정 조성물 100중량% 대비 20중량% 내지 60 중량%으로, 상기 알콕시계 액정은 전체 액정 조성물 대비 40중량% 초과 65중량% 이하로 함유되는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 산화 방지제는 전체 액정 조성물 대비 0ppm 초과 10000ppm으로 함유되는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 산화 방지제는 알킬화 모노페놀, 알킬티오메틸페놀, 히드로퀴논 및 알킬화 히드로퀴논, 토코페롤, 히드록시화 티오디페닐 에테르, 알킬리덴비스페놀, O-, N- 및 S-벤질 화합물, 히드록시벤질화 말로네이트, 방향족 히드록시벤질 화합물, 벤질포스네이트, 아실아미노페놀, 1가 또는 다가 알코올, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(5-삼차부틸-4-히드록시-3-메틸페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 β-(3,5-디시클로헥실-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피온산의 에스테르, 1가 또는 다가 알코올과 3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐 아세트산의 에스테르, β-(3,5-디-삼차부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피온산의 아미드, 아스코르브산, 및 아민 산화 방지제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법. - 삭제

상기 액정 조성물은 0 이상 5 중량% 이하의 쿼터페닐계 액정을 더 함유하는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 메조겐은 전체 액정 조성물 100중량% 대비 0중량% 내지 30중량%으로 함유되는 액정 표시 장치 제조 방법.
