Claims (8)
- 수지 배합물, 방충/방균 물질 및 첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 수지 배합물은 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제1 수지 및 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 및 프로필렌-기재 엘라스토머(Propylene Based Elastomer) 중 어느 1종 이상을 포함하는 제2 수지를 포함하고,
상기 수지 배합물 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 방충/방균 물질을 55 내지 70 중량부 포함하며, 상기 첨가제를 0.1 내지 3 중량부 포함하고,
상기 수지 배합물은 제1 수지를 70 내지 90 중량%, 제2 수지를 10 내지 30 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수지는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 및 프로필렌-기재 엘라스토머(Propylene Based Elastomer)를 6:4 내지 8:2 중량 비율로 혼합하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방충/방균 물질은 살균 물질 및 살충 물질 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 살균 물질은 피톤치드 원액 및 이온화된 칼슘 분말 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름 조성물.
- 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 및 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 및 프로필렌-기재 엘라스토머(Propylene Based Elastomer) 중 어느 1종 이상을 포함하는 제2 수지와 방충/방균 물질 및 첨가제를 혼합하여 배합 수지를 제조하는 배합단계;
상기 배합 수지 및 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 제1 수지를 혼합하되, 상기 제1 수지가 70 내지 90 중량%, 상기 제2 수지가 10 내지 30 중량% 포함되도록 혼합한 원료를 컴파운드하여 컴파운드 수지를 제조하는 컴파운드단계; 및
상기 컴파운드 수지를 압출하여 멀칭필름을 제조하는 압출단계;를 포함하며,
상기 배합단계는 상기 제1 수지 및 상기 제2 수지를 포함하는 수지 배합물 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 방충/방균 물질이 55 내지 70 중량부 포함되며, 상기 첨가제가 0.1 내지 3 중량부 포함되도록 배합하는 단계인 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 배합단계는 배합속도 40 내지 60 rpm, 배합시간 25 내지 45분, 배합온도 25 내지 45℃로 수행되는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 컴파운드단계는 상기 원료를 직렬로 연결된 제1 실린더, 제2 실린더 및 제3 실린더를 포함하는 실린더부를 통해 이송시키면서 가열 및 컴파운드하는 단계이며,
컴파운드 속도는 50 내지 70 rpm 이고,
제1 실린더의 온도는 80 내지 100℃, 제2 실린더의 온도는 100℃ 내지 120℃, 제3 실린더의 온도는 120 내지 140℃로 구성하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 압출단계는 압출속도 50 내지 70 rpm이며, 실린더를 통해 압출되는 경우 압출 온도가 135 내지 165℃ 범위에서 상승 또는 유지하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀칭필름의 제조방법.
