도 2 내지 도 7 은 본 발명에 따른 연결 요소의 예시적인 실시형태를 나타낸다.
Claims (13)
- 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 연결 요소는 조인트 외측 부분 및 플랜지 중 어느 하나, 및 연결 핀을 갖고,
둥근 판형 또는 튜브형 블랭크를 플로우 포밍 (flow forming) 또는 플로우 터닝 (flow turning) 에 의해 변형시켜 상기 연결 요소를 형성하고,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 상기 블랭크에는 볼 레이스웨이 및 케이지 레이스웨이가 형성되고,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 상기 연결 요소에는 길이 방향으로 변하는 벽 두께를 갖는 반경방향 둘레 영역들이 형성되고,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 중공 연결 핀이 형성되는, 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 요소를 형성하기 위해 둥근 판형 또는 튜브형 블랭크가 변형되고, 상기 블랭크는 상기 연결 요소와 동일한 재료 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 상기 블랭크에는 상기 연결 요소의 기능 요소들, 또는 상기 연결 요소의 치형부, ABS 링, 플랜지, 오일 홈, 서클립 (circlip) 홈 및 스레드 중 적어도 하나가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 ABS 링의 치형부가 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝 작업 단계들은 교대의 플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝 공구들로 단일의 작업 스테이션에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
연결 요소가 트리포드 조인트의 피봇 핀으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절형 샤프트용의 회전 운동을 전달하기 위한 연결 요소의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 조인트 외측 부분 (8) 및 플랜지 (18) 중 어느 하나, 및 연결 핀 (7) 을 갖는 연결 요소 (6) 로서,
상기 조인트 외측 부분 (8) 또는 플랜지 (18) 는 길이 방향으로 변하는 벽 두께를 갖는 반경방향 둘레 영역들을 가지고,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 볼 레이스웨이 (10a, 12) 및 케이지 레이스웨이 (10b) 가 형성되어 제공되고,
상기 연결 핀 (7) 의 반대편에 있는 상기 연결 요소의 단부는 반경방향 둘레 재료 후육부 (16) 를 갖는, 연결 요소. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
플로우 포밍 또는 플로우 터닝을 이용하여 중공 연결 핀 (7), 적어도 하나의 치형부 (9), ABS 링 (14), 플랜지 (18) 및/또는 스레드 (15) 가 형성되어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 요소. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 연결 핀 (7) 의 반대편에 있는 상기 연결 요소 (6) 의 단부에는 반경방향 둘레에 균일하게 분포된 나사산구비 보어 (17) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 요소. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 플랜지 (18) 는 웰드-온 (weld-on) 플랜지로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 요소. - 삭제
