Abstract
(가) 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 산성 유기 용액에서 2 내지 8분 동안 침지시켜 산 처리하는 단계;
(나) 상기 산 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 알코올을 이용하여 0.1 내지 0.7분 동안 제 1 차 수세하는 단계;
(다) 상기 제 1 차 수세 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 알코올을 이용하여 0.8 내지 3분 동안 제 2 차 수세하는 단계; 및,
(라) 상기 제 2 차 수세 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 계면활성제 혼합액으로 표면 처리하여 친수성으로 표면 개질 하는 단계;
를 포함하여 키토산의 아미노기에 양이온이 도입된 HR-키토산 드레싱(HR-Chitosan Dressing)의 제조방법 및 그에 의한 HR-키토산을 이용하여 지혈, 삼출물 흡수력, 항균, 항진균, 탈취, 보습력, 상처 조직 재생 능력이 우수한 드레싱을 제공한다.

Claims (14)
- (가) 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 산성 유기 용액에서 2 내지 8분 동안 침지시켜 산 처리하는 단계;
(나) 상기 산 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 알코올을 이용하여 0.1 내지 0.7분 동안 제 1 차 수세하는 단계;
(다) 상기 제 1 차 수세 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 알코올을 이용하여 0.8 내지 3분 동안 제 2 차 수세하는 단계; 및
(라) 상기 제 2 차 수세 처리된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 계면활성제 혼합액으로 표면 처리하여 친수성으로 표면 개질 하는 단계;
를 포함하여 키토산의 아미노기에 양이온이 도입된 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱(HR-Chitosan Dressing)의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 키토산 섬유 구조체는 키토산 원사를 포함하는 솜, 직물, 편물, 펠트 및 부직포로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 키토산 섬유 구조체는 키토산 원사로 이루어지거나, 또는 키토산 원사와 면, 라이오셀, 레이온, 아세테이트, 텐셀, 셀룰로오즈, 산화재생셀룰로오즈 및 알지네이트(alginate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상과 혼방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(가)에서, 상기 산성 유기 용액은 산성 수용액과 알코올이 중량을 기준으로 5 : 95 내지 15 : 85로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 산성 수용액의 농도는 0.1 내지 4 몰(M)농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제 혼합액은 계면활성제 및 알코올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제 혼합액은 계면활성제와 알코올이 중량을 기준으로 0.1 : 99.9 내지 0.5 내지 99.5로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제는 트윈(tween)계 비이온성 계면활성제 및 LE계 비이온성 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(라)는 상기 표면 처리를 진행하기 전, 후, 또는 전후에 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 알코올을 이용하여 0.1 내지 1 분 동안 수세하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(라) 이후에,
(마) 상기 친수성으로 표면 개질된 키토산 섬유 또는 섬유 구조체를 40 내지 50℃에서 3 내지 5 시간 동안 열풍 건조하는 단계;를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 따라 제조되어 키토산의 아미노기에 양이온이 도입된 것을 특징으로 하는 HR-키토산 드레싱.
- 제 11 항에 따른 HR-키토산 드레싱을 포함하여 지혈, 창상 피복 및 유착 방지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 용도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 드레싱재.
- 제 11 항에 따른 HR-키토산 드레싱을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생용품.
- 제 11 항에 따른 HR-키토산 드레싱을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장용품.
