Claims (17)
- 철-함유 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액에 침강 첨가제로서 알칼리토금속 탄산염, 알칼리토금속 산화물, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 첨가하여 철-함유 침전물을 선택적으로 분리하여 수득하고;
상기 수득되는 철-함유 침전물을 열처리하여 산화철을 수득하고; 및
상기 철-함유 침전물을 분리함으로써 철 성분이 제거된 상기 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액을 결정화시켜 알칼리토금속 염화물을 수득하는 것
을 포함하는, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법으로서,
상기 철-함유 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액의 농도에 따라 상기 수득되는 철-함유 침전물의 입자 크기가 조절되는 것이고,
상기 철-함유 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액의 농도는 0.1 M 내지 1.5 M인,
산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산화철은 FeOOH, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 철-함유 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액은, 상기 철의 염화물에 추가하여, Mn, Al, Mg, Cr, Ca, V, Nb, Co, Mo, Nb, Ta, Bi, Si, Ti, Ni, Cu, Zn, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속의 염화물을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리토금속 탄산염은 탄산마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 탄산스트론툼, 탄산 바륨, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리토금속 산화물은 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화스트론툼, 산화 바륨, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.

상기 산화철의 수득 비율은 90% 이상인 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.

상기 결정화는 상기 철 성분이 제거된 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액으로부터 물을 증발시키거나 또는 상기 철 성분이 제거된 혼합 금속 염화물 수용액에 염기성 물질을 첨가하여 수행되는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 물질은 알칼리금속 수산화물, 알칼리토금속 산화물, 알칼리토금속 수산화물, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리금속 수산화물은 수산화리튬, 수산화나트륨, 및 수산화칼륨을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 알칼리토금속 산화물은 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화스트론툼, 및 산화바륨을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 알칼리토금속 수산화물은 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘, 수산화 스트론튬, 및 수산화바륨을 포함하는 것인, 산화철 및 알칼리토금속 염화물의 동시 제조 방법.
