Claims (7)
- 베드;
상기 베드 상에 직선 왕복 가능하게 설치된 슬라이더; 및
상기 베드와 마주하는 상기 슬라이더의 일면에 설치된 슬라이딩 베어링(sliding bearing)
을 포함하며,
상기 슬라이딩 베어링은,
베어링 플레이트와;
상기 베어링 플레이트를 복수의 영역으로 분할시키는 분할 그루브; 그리고
상기 베어링 플레이트의 분할된 영역마다 형성되어 윤활유를 공급하는 오일 그루브(oil groove)
를 포함하고,
상기 분할 그루브는 상기 슬라이더의 이동 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 길게 형성되며,
상기 오일 그루브는 상기 분할 그루브와 평행하게만 형성되고,
상기 분할 그루브가 1개 또는 2개 형성되어 상기 베어링 플레이트를 2분할 또는 3분할하며,
상기 분할 그루브은 2mm 이상 4mm 이하 범위 내의 깊이를 가지고,
상기 분할 그루브는 8mm 이상 10mm 미만 범위 내의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계. - 제1항에서,
