Claims (4)
- 베드;
상기 베드 상에 직선 왕복 가능하게 설치된 슬라이더; 및
상기 베드와 마주하는 상기 슬라이더의 일면에 설치된 슬라이딩 베어링(sliding bearing)
을 포함하며,
상기 슬라이딩 베어링은,
베어링 플레이트와;
상기 베드와 대향하는 상기 베어링 플레이트의 일면에 형성되어 윤활유를 공급하는 오일 그루브(oil groove); 그리고
상기 베어링 플레이트의 일면에 형성된 다수의 스크레이핑 홀(scraping hole)
을 포함하며,
상기 스크레이핑 홀의 평균 깊이는 1 마이크로미터 내지 5 마이크로미터 범위 내에 속하고,
상기 베어링 플레이트의 전체 면적 대비 상기 베어링 플레이트와 상기 베드의 접촉 면적의 비율(Bearing Ratio)이 50% 내지 60% 범위 내에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작 기계. - 제1항에서,
상기 베어링 플레이트의 상기 베드와 대향하는 면은 기울기를 가지며, 상기 베어링 플레이트의 전체인 두께가 불균일한 공작 기계. - 삭제
