- 삭제
- 제1항에서,
상기 디아민 화합물은 상기 제1 디아민 화합물과 상이한 제2 디아민 화합물을 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
상기 제1 디아민 화합물은 상기 이무수물 화합물 1몰에 대하여 0.01 내지 1몰의 비율로 포함되는 조성물.
- 제5항에서,
상기 제1 디아민 화합물은 상기 이무수물 화합물 1몰에 대하여 0.01 내지 0.4몰의 비율로 포함되는 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 중합하여 얻어지는 고분자를 포함하는 고분자 필름.
- 제7항에서,
상기 고분자는 폴리아믹산, 폴리이미드 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 고분자 필름.
- 제7항에서,
상기 고분자는 하기 화학식 3으로 표현되는 반복단위, 하기 화학식 4로 표현되는 반복 단위 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 고분자 필름:

- 제10항에서,
상기 고분자 필름은 기판으로 사용되는 표시 장치.

상기 고분자 필름의 일면에 위치하는 박막 트랜지스터, 액정 소자, 유기 발광 소자 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 표시 장치.
