Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 조사된(irradiated) 식용 잔류물(edible residues)을 생성하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법은
a. 셀룰로스 공급원료, 리그노셀룰로스 공급원료, 또는 셀룰로스 및 리그노셀룰로스 공급원료를 포함하는 공급원료를 바이오처리하고, 이때 상기 바이오처리는 당 및 식용 잔류물을 생성하고;
b. 상기 식용 잔류물을 건조시키고; 그리고
c. 상기 식용 잔류물에 전자빔 조사로 조사하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 식용 잔류물은 하기 i, ii, iii 및 iv인 것인, 조사된 식용 잔류물을 생성하는 방법:
i. 상기 식용 잔류물은 리그닌, 자일로스 및 미네랄을 포함한다.
ii. 상기 조사 전에 상기 식용 잔류물은 활성 항생제를 500 중량ppm 내지 10,000 중량ppm로 함유한다.
iii. 상기 조사는 0.5 Mrad 내지 5 Mrad의 선량으로 전달된다.
iv. 상기 식용 잔류물에 상기 전자빔 조사하는 것은 상기 활성 항생제를 불활성화하거나 또는 파괴하도록 선택되는 조건 하에서 수행된다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식용 잔류물은 미소화 셀룰로스(undigested cellulose)를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 조사된 식용 잔류물을 생성하는 방법.
