Claims (10)
- 제 1 전극 필름 및 상기 제 1 전극 필름 상에 형성된 제 1 비액정 배향막을 포함하는 제 1 기판; 투과도 가변 액정층; 및 제 2 전극 필름 및 상기 제 2 전극 필름 상에 형성된 제 2 비액정 배향막을 포함하는 제 2 기판을 순차로 포함하고,
상기 제 1 기판의 제 1 비액정 배향막 및 제 2 기판의 제 2 비액정 배향막 중 어느 하나 이상에 형성된 스플레이 배향된 액정을 포함하는 액정 배향막을 더 포함하며,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 비액정 배향막은 각각 광 배향막이고,
상기 액정 배향막의 하부에 존재하는 제 1 비액정 배향막 및/또는 제 2 비액정 배향막은 40℃ 내지 60℃의 온도에서 경화된 배향막이며, 상기 액정 배향막의 평균 경사각은 0.2도 내지 20도이고, 상기 투과도 가변 액정층은 전압 미인가시 수평 배향을 가지며,
3 V의 저 전압 구동 시 상기 투과도 가변 액정층의 리버스 틸트 도메인 사이즈는 80 ㎛ 이하인 투과도 가변 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투과도 가변 액정층은 전압 인가 여부에 따라 수직 배향과 수평 배향을 스위칭하는 투과도 가변 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정 배향막은 제 1 비액정 배향막 및 제 2 비액정 배향막 중 어느 하나에 형성되어 있는 투과도 가변 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정 배향막은 제 1 비액정 배향막 및 제 2 비액정 배향막 모두에 형성되어 있는 투과도 가변 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투과도 가변 액정층은 비 반응성 액정 및 이색성 염료를 포함하는 투과도 가변 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스플레이 배향 액정은 반응성 액정인 투과도 가변 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액정 배향막의 두께는 300 nm 내지 3000 nm인 투과도 가변 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 볼 스페이서를 더 포함하는 투과도 가변 필름.
