Claims (16)
- 기재;상기 기재 상에 코팅된 감광성 고분자 배향막;상기 배향막 상에 소정의 경사를 이루며 배향되어 액정 고분자화된 광가교성 액정층; 을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 배향막과 접하는 최초의 액정이 처음부터 상기 배향막에 대하여 경사 배향되고, 상부에 적층 배열된 다른 액정이 최초 경사 배향된 액정과 동일한 기울기로 경사 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광가교성 액정은 광가교성 네마틱 액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광가교성 액정은 광가교성 디스코틱 액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 광가교성 액정의 경사각은 0°보다 크고 90°작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기재는, Tri Acetyl Cellulose, Polycarbonate, PMMA, Cyclic Olefinic polymer, Poly Ether Sulfone 중에서 선택된 광학 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 감광성 고분자는, 신나모일(cinnamoyl) 유도체가 곁가지로 포함되고 비닐 중합된 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 광가교성 네마틱 액정은,상기 광가교성 네마틱 액정층에 카이랄 도펀트가 함유됨으로써 상기 배향막 상에 수직 방향에서 소정의 경사를 이루는 동시에 수평 방향에서 소정의 평균각으로 회전하는 경사진 나선형으로 꼬임(cholesteric) 배향된 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 경사진 나선형 액정의 경사각은 60°이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층의 두께는, 10 마이크로미터 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름.

- 기재를 준비하는 단계;감광성 고분자 배향막 재료를 용매로 용해하여 상기 기재 상에 코팅하는 단계;코팅 후에는 용매를 제거하여 배향막을 완성하는 단계;상기 배향막 상에 자외선을 조사하여 광배향처리하는 단계;광가교성 액정 용액을 조성하는 단계;광배향처리된 배향막 상에 상기 광가교성 액정 용액을 코팅하여 배향된 액정층을 형성하는 단계;상기 액정층 상에 자외선을 조사하여 액정을 경화하는 단계; 를 포함하고,상기 배향막에 자외선을 조사하여 광배향처리하는 단계는,상기 배향막의 표면에 자외선을 경사 조사함으로써 표면을 배향처리하되, 조사되는 경사 방향에 대해서 수직으로 편광된 자외선을 10°내지 80°의 범위에서 조사하는 것이며,상기 경사 조사되는 자외선은 피조사체에 빛을 일정한 각으로 조사할 수 있도록 평행광화(collimating)된 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름 제조방법.

- 기재를 준비하는 단계;감광성 고분자 배향막 재료를 용매로 용해하여 상기 기재 상에 코팅하는 단계;코팅 후에는 용매를 제거하여 배향막을 완성하는 단계;상기 배향막 상에 자외선을 조사하여 광배향처리하는 단계;광가교성 액정 용액을 조성하는 단계;광배향처리된 배향막 상에 상기 광가교성 액정 용액을 코팅하여 배향된 액정층을 형성하는 단계;상기 액정층 상에 자외선을 조사하여 액정을 경화하는 단계; 를 포함하고,상기 배향막에 자외선을 조사하여 광배향처리하는 단계는,상기 배향막의 표면에 자외선을 경사 조사함으로써 표면을 배향처리하되, 조사되는 경사 방향에 대해서 수직으로 비편광된 자외선을 40°내지 80°의 범위에서 조사하는 것이며,상기 경사 조사되는 자외선은 피조사체에 빛을 일정한 각으로 조사할 수 있도록 평행광화(collimating)된 것을 특징으로 하는 광가교성 액정을 이용한 광학 필름 제조방법.
