Claims (11)
- 윈도우 기판; 편광판; 터치 패널; 및
상기 편광판 및 터치 패널을 기준으로 윈도우 기판 반대측에 배치되는 표시 패널을 포함하며,
굴곡시의 중립면과 시인측 기준 터치 패널 하면 사이의 거리가 전체 두께의 34% 이하이고,
상기 윈도우 기판의 두께가 상기 편광판, 상기 터치 패널 및 상기 표시 패널의 합계 두께보다 두꺼운, 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 기판 상면으로부터 표시 패널의 하면까지의 두께가 500㎛ 이하인, 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 기판의 탄성률이 편광판, 터치 패널 및 표시 패널 적층체의 탄성률보다 큰, 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 윈도우 기판, 터치 패널 및 표시 패널은 각각 탄성률이 2GPa 내지 7GPa이고, 편광판은 탄성률이 7GPa 이하인 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 윈도우 기판과 편광판 사이 및 터치 패널과 표시 패널 사이에는 투명 점착층이 위치한 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 터치 패널의 기판은 인성이 2,000MPa%이상인 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 터치 패널은 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 플렉서블 표시 장치:
[수학식 1]
(터치 패널 기판의 인성/ 굴곡시 터치 패널에 가해지는 응력) ≥ 9%.
(식 중, 상기 응력은 플렉서블 표시 장치를 상온에서 굴곡 반경 2.5mm로 40회/분의 속도로 30만회 굴곡시켰을 때 터치 패널에 가해지는 응력임).
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 윈도우 기판, 편광판, 터치 패널 및 표시 패널의 순으로 적층된 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 터치 패널의 기판은 정면 위상차가 ±2.5 이하인, 플렉서블 표시 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 윈도우 기판, 터치 패널, 편광판 및 표시 패널의 순으로 적층된 플렉서블 표시 장치.
