Claims (11)
하기의 [화학식 1]로 표시되는 구리 바나듐산염 (copper vanadate) 결정입자; 및
상기 구리 바나듐산염 결정입자와 상기 프로모터가 담지되는 담지체;
를 포함하고,
상기 프로모터의 상기 15족 또는 16족 원소는, 질소(N), 인(P), 황(S), 비소(As), 셀레늄(Se), 안티모니(Sb), 텔루륨(Te), 비스무트(Bi), 폴로늄(Po), 모스코비움(Mc) 및 리버모륨(Lv)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나 또는 그 조합이며,
상기 담지체는 탄소 (C), Al2O3, MgO, ZrO2, CeO2, TiO2 및 SiO2 중 어느 하나이고,
200℃ 내지 800℃의 온도범위에서, 0.1 시간 내지 24시간 동안 표면이 황산화(sulfation) 처리되는, 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.

여기서, X는 3 또는 5의 값을 가지는 정수이다.
표면이 다공성 구조인, 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
상기 구리 바나듐산염 결정입자는 직경이 0.1 nm 내지 500 ㎛인, 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
상기 담지체 100 중량부 대비 상기 프로모터는 10-4 내지 50 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 담지체 100 중량부 대비 상기 구리 바나듐산염 결정입자는 10-4 내지 50 중량부를 포함하는, 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
상기 촉매는 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 질소산화물 환원용 촉매이고,
환원제인 암모니아 (NH3)와 질소산화물 (NOX)을 1:1의 몰비 (molar ratio)로 포함하는 반응 유체가 주입되어 상기 질소산화물을 환원시키는,
질소산화물 환원 시스템.
상기 촉매는, 0.1 g 내지 10 g의 질소산화물 환원용 촉매를 포함하고,
촉매 입자는 직경이 1 ㎛ 내지 1,000 ㎛인, 질소산화물 환원 시스템.
상기 반응유체는, 상기 암모니아 및 상기 질소산화물의 농도가 각각 100ppm 이상인, 질소산화물 환원 시스템.
상기 반응유체는, 산소기체 (O2), 수증기 (H2O) 또는 이산화황 (SO2)을 더 포함하는, 질소산화물 환원 시스템.
상기 반응유체는, 150 ℃ 내지 800 ℃의 온도범위에서 1,000hr-1 이상의 공간속도 (space velocity)로 주입되는, 질소산화물 환원 시스템.
