Abstract
Description
도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재의 제조 과정에서, 성형 및 압출하는 과정을 예시적으로 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 다공 성 골 이식재에서, 디알데히드 전분의 농도에 따른 골 이식재의 강도 변화를 육안으로 확인한 것으로, 도 3의 A는 6%Col-10%DAS 및 6%Col-20%DAS 골 이식재를 관찰한 결과이며, 도 3의 B는 8%Col-10%DAS 및 8%Col-20%DAS 골 이식재를 관찰한 결과이다.
도 4는 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재에서, 디알데히드 전분의 농도에 따른 골 이식재의 다공성 변화를 육안 및 현미경을 통하여 확인한 결과이다.
도 5는 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재에서, 재구성 용액 내 수산화나트륨의 농도에 따른 골 이식재의 물리적 특성 변화를 확인한 것으로서, 도 5의 A는 골 이식재의 강도를 비교한 결과이며, 도 5의 B는 가교 반응 시간을 비교한 결과이다.
도 6은 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재에서, 골 이식재에 분포하는 헤파린을 톨루엔 블루 염색을 통해 확인한 것으로, 도 6의 A는 헤파린 파우더를 사용하여 제조된 골 이식재 내 헤파린 분포를 확인한 결과이고, 도 6의 B는 헤파린 용액을 사용하여 제조된 골 이식재 내 헤파린 분포를 확인한 결과이다.
도 7은 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재의 제조 과정에서, 글리세롤에 침지 또는 전 처리없이 동결 건조한 경우, 상기의 처리 공정이 골 이식재에 대한 봉합에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과이다.
도 8은 성장인자의 첨가에 따른 세포의 프로테오글라이칸 생성능 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 9는 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재에서, 성장인자의 첨가에 따른 세포의 이동성 변화를 확인한 것으로, 도 9의 A는 본 실험에 대한 개략적인 모식도를 나타낸 것이고, 도 9의 B는 DAS-COL-HEP 및 PDGF-BB를 포함하는 골 이식재가 위치하는 영역을 현미경으로 관찰한 결과이며, 도 9의 C는 DAS-COL-HEP을 포함하는 골 이식재가 위치하는 영역을 현미경으로 관찰한 결과이다.
도 10은 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 골 이식재에서, 성장인자의 첨가에 따른 효능 향상을 확인한 결과이다.
Claims (15)
상기 혼합 용액에 0.5 내지 1N 농도의 염기성 용액을 첨가하여 겔을 형성시키는 단계; 및
상기 형성된 겔을 글리세롤에 침지시켜 동결 건조하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 디알데히드 전분 용액 및 콜라겐 용액은 1:6 내지 1:12의 부피비로 혼합되는 것인, 다공성 골 이식재를 제조하는 방법.
상기 제조된 디알데히드 전분-콜라겐 혼합 용액에 헤파린 용액을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 방법.
