Claims (13)
- 수평균 분자량 2000 이상의 폴리아미드 (a-1) 을 95 ∼ 99.95 질량%, 수평균 분자량 500 이상 2000 미만의 폴리아미드 올리고머 (a-2) 를 0.05 ∼ 5 질량% 의 범위로 함유하고, 상기 폴리아미드 (a-1) 및 상기 폴리아미드 올리고머 (a-2) 를 구성하는 전체 모노머 단위 중 25 몰% 이상이 하기 일반식 (I) 또는 일반식 (II) 로 나타내는 고리형 지방족 디카르복실산에서 유래하는 구조 단위이고, 상기 고리형 지방족 디카르복실산에서 유래하는 트랜스 이성체 구조 단위의 함유율이 50 ∼ 85 몰% 인 폴리아미드 수지 (A) 및 무기 충전재 (B) 를 함유하고,
상기 폴리아미드 수지 (A) 에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 (a-1) 과 상기 폴리아미드 올리고머 (a-2) 를 구성하는 상기 고리형 지방족 디카르복실산에서 유래하는 구조 단위가 동일한, 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.

(식 중, X 및 Z 는 상기 정의한 바와 같고, R1 및 R2 는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 이상의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다.) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 수지 (A) 를 구성하는 상기 폴리아미드 (a-1) 및 상기 폴리아미드 올리고머 (a-2) 의 분자 사슬의 말단기의 총량의 10 % 이상이 말단 밀봉제에 의해 밀봉되어 있는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고리형 지방족 디카르복실산이 1,4-시클로헥산디카르복실산인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 (a-1) 및 상기 폴리아미드 올리고머 (a-2) 가 탄소수 4 ∼ 12 의 지방족 디아민에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 디아민이 1,4-부탄디아민, 1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,6-헥산디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,8-옥탄디아민, 1,9-노난디아민, 2-메틸-1,8-옥탄디아민, 1,10-데칸디아민, 1,11-운데칸디아민 및 1,12-도데칸디아민으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
1,4-시클로헥산디카르복실산에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 25 몰% 이상 함유하고, 또한 상기 지방족 디아민에서 유래하는 구조 단위로서 1,9-노난디아민 및/또는 2-메틸-1,8-옥탄디아민을 25 몰% 이상 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
추가로 락탐 및/또는 아미노카르복실산에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 수지 (A) 100 질량부에 대하여 상기 무기 충전재 (B) 를 0.1 ∼ 200 질량부 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드 수지 (A) 100 질량부에 대하여 루이스 염기로서 작용하는 화합물 (C) 를 0.1 ∼ 10 질량부 함유하는 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 루이스 염기로서 작용하는 화합물 (C) 가 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 알칼리 토금속 산화물, 알칼리 토금속 수산화물, 산화아연 및 수산화아연으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 루이스 염기로서 작용하는 화합물 (C) 가 산화칼륨, 산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화아연, 수산화칼륨, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘 및 수산화아연으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 폴리아미드 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리아미드 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 성형품.
