Abstract
본 발명에 따른 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법은, 정형 정격 엔진회전수보다 크고, 정형 정격 엔진회전수에 대한 하이 아이들 엔진회전수보다 작은 범위 내에서 가변되는 가변 정격엔진회전수;와 앞으로 입력될 가상 엔진회전수를 예측하여 실제 엔진회전수가 입력되기에 앞서서 예측된 가상 엔진 회전수 값을 출력하는 엔진회전수 예측단계(S160);를 포함한다.
이로써 작업부하가 작용될 때에 초기에 펌프토크에 여유를 가질 수 있고, 작업부하여 의해 엔진회전수가 낮아지더라도 정격 엔진회전수보다 현저하게 낮아지는 엔진회전수 저하 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명에 따른 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법은, 상기 엔진회전수 예측단계에서 상기 가상 엔진회전수는 디지털 필터를 이용하여 예측되는 것일 수 있다.
도 2는 종래의 건설기계 유압시스템에서 엔진회전수 저하현상을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법의 일례를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법의 작용을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법에 의해 제어될 때에의 엔진회전수 추이를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 부하모드를 선택하는 부하모드 선택단계(S110);
상기 부하모드 선택단계에서 선택된 현재 부하모드를 확인하는 단계(S120);
조이스틱 변위 발생시 상기 조이스틱 변위에 대응하는 펌프토크 요구 값들 중 최댓값을 선택하는 최댓값 설정단계(S130);
상기 최댓값이 매칭되는 펌프의 마력인 파워 값이 출력되는 파워 변환단계(S140);
과거에 입력된 엔진회전수를 근거로 가상 엔진회전수를 예측하는 엔진회전수 예측단계(S160);
실제 엔진회전수(rpm)가 상기 가상 엔진회전수로 수렴하도록 PID제어를 수행하는 PID제어단계(S170); 및
상기 현재 부하모드에 의해 결정되는 제1 파워 값과, 상기 펌프토크 요구 값에 의해 결정되는 제2 파워 값과, 상기 PID 제어에 의해 도출된 제3 파워 값을 합산하여 최종 파워 값을 출력하여 펌프를 제어하도록 하는 최종파워 출력단계(S190);를 포함하는 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 현재 부하모드에 따른 정격 엔진회전수는, 정형 정격 엔진회전수보다 크고, 상기 정형 정격 엔진회전수에 대한 하이 아이들 엔진회전수보다 작은 범위 내에서 가변되는 가변 정격엔진회전수인 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 가변 정격엔진회전수의 초기 값은 상기 정형 정격 엔진회전수보다 70rpm ~ 95rpm 크게 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 PID제어단계(S170)와 상기 최종파워 출력단계(S190)의 사이에,
상기 PID제어를 수행할 때에 발생되는 에러 값이 상한제한과 하한제한을 벗어나지 않도록 제어되는 에러 값의 범위를 제한하는 포화방지 수행단계(S180);
를 더 포함하는 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 파워 변환단계에서 출력된 파워 값이 구현될 때까지의 상기 펌프의 파워 최대 상승 기울기를 제한하는 기울기 제한단계(S150);를 더 포함하는 건설기계 유압시스템의 제어방법.
