(해결 수단)
열 경화성 수지[A], 열 가소성 수지[B] 및 경화 촉매[C]를 포함하는 수지 조성물로서, 열 경화성 수지[A]가 2관능 에폭시 수지를 포함하고, 열 가소성 수지[B]의 함유량이 열 경화성 수지[A] 100질량부에 대하여 10∼100질량부의 범위이고, 또한 경화 촉매[C]가 유기 인 화합물, 이미다졸 및 이것들의 유도체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 경화 촉매인 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물.

Claims (17)
- 열 경화성 수지[A], 열 가소성 수지[B] 및 경화 촉매[C]를 포함하는 수지 조성물로서, 열 경화성 수지[A]가 2관능 에폭시 수지를 포함하고, 열 가소성 수지[B]의 함유량은 열 경화성 수지[A] 100질량부에 대하여 10∼100질량부의 범위이고, 또한 경화 촉매[C]는 유기 인 화합물, 이미다졸 및 이것들의 유도체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 경화 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열 경화성 수지[A]는 액상 2관능 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열 가소성 수지[B]는 주쇄에 수산기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열 경화성 수지[A] 100질량부 중에 액상 2관능 에폭시 수지가 30∼80질량부, 고형 2관능 에폭시 수지가 20∼70질량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열 경화성 수지[A]는 고형 2관능 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 경화 촉매[C]는 상기 열 경화성 수지[A] 100질량부에 대하여 2∼20질량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 열 경화성 수지[A]를 포함하고 유리 전이 온도가 Tg1인 수지 조성물로서, 60∼200℃의 범위이며 또한 (1)식을 만족하는 소정 성형 온도 T℃에서 0.5∼120분의 범위의 소정 성형 시간 t분 동안 가열함으로써, 유리 전이 온도가 (2)식에 나타내는 Tg2로 상승하는 성형 시간(t)과 성형 온도(T)의 조합이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물.

T≤Tg2≤T+30 ···(2) - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 열 경화성 수지[A]는 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 열 경화성 수지[A], 열 가소성 수지[B] 및 경화 촉매[C]를 포함하고, 열 경화성 수지[A]가 2관능 에폭시 수지를 포함하고, 열 가소성 수지[B]의 함유량이 열 경화성 수지[A] 100질량부에 대하여 10∼100질량부의 범위이고, 또한 경화 촉매[C]가 유기 인 화합물, 이미다졸 및 이것들의 유도체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 경화 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 시간(t)과 상기 성형 온도(T)의 조합은 (3)식을 만족하는 범위 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물.
80≤T+0.4t≤190 ···(3) - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 시간(t)과 상기 성형 온도(T)의 조합은 (4)식을 만족하는 범위 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물.
80≤T+0.4t≤130 ···(4) - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열 경화성 수지[A]의 예비 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
입자 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물을 적어도 표면에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 섬유 기재.
- 복수의 강화 섬유 기재가 적층된 프리폼으로서, 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물을 적어도 적층 층간에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼.
- 제 15 항에 기재된 프리폼에 액상 열 경화성 수지를 함침시키고 경화시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물을 강화 섬유 기재 원단의 적어도 표면에 부착시켜서 강화 섬유 기재로 한 후, 그 강화 섬유 기재를 적층해서 60∼200℃의 범위의 실성형 온도(TR)로 0.5∼120분 가열하고, 상기 프리폼용 바인더 수지 조성물의 유리 전이 온도를 (5)식을 만족하는 가열 전의 유리 전이 온도(Tg1)로부터 (6)식을 만족하는 가열 후의 유리 전이 온도(Tg2)로 상승시켜서 프리폼을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
