Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 척추 수술용 최소침습 시술기구를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 도 2에 채용된 힌지부를 나타낸 도면으로서, (a)는 고정부와 결합부가 분리된 상태를 나타낸 도면이고, (b)는 고정부와 결합부가 결합된 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 도 2에서 팁부가 회동된 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (4)
- 소정 길이의 중공 형태로 이루어지고, 내부에 제1와이어가 내설되며, 일측 단부가 경사진 지지부;
상기 지지부의 일측 단부 전방에 상기 지지부와 일직선으로 배치되고, 전단이 뾰족한 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 제1와이어의 일단이 연결되고, 상기 지지부의 일측 단부와 대향하는 면이 상기 일측 단부와 대응되게 경사진 팁부;
상기 지지부와 팁부 사이에 배치되어 상기 지지부와 팁부를 힌지 결합시키는 힌지부;
상기 지지부의 타측 단부에 설치되고, 상기 제1와이어의 타단이 고정되며, 일방향으로 회전시키면 상기 제1와이어가 감기고 반대 방향으로 회전시키면 상기 제1와이어가 풀리도록 이루어진 회전식 버튼; 및
상기 지지부, 팁부의 뾰족한 전단을 제외한 나머지 부분, 힌지부의 외측 및 회전식 버튼의 일부를 감싸도록 이루어진 케이스;를 포함하고,
상기 회전식 버튼을 일방향으로 회전시키면 상기 팁부가 소정 각도로 회동하고, 상기 회전식 버튼을 타방향으로 회전시키면 상기 팁부가 원상복귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 수술용 최소침습 시술기구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 회전식 버튼의 외주 둘레에는 상기 제1와이어가 끼워져 감기도록 끼움홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 수술용 최소침습 시술기구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 힌지부는 상기 팁부 쪽에 형성되는 홈 형태의 고정부와,
상기 지지부 쪽에 상기 고정부와 대응되는 형상으로 이루어지되 상기 제1와이어가 회전식 버튼에 감긴 상태에서는 상기 고정부와 분리된 상태를 유지하며 상기 회전식 버튼을 반대 방향으로 회전시키는 경우 상기 고정부와 결합하는 결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 수술용 최소침습 시술기구.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 고정부에 결합부가 결합된 경우 고정상태를 유지하기 위한 고정기구가 설치되고,
상기 고정기구는 일단이 상기 결합부에 연결되는 제2와이어와,
상기 지지부의 외측에 설치되되 상기 제2와이어의 타단이 연결된 고정버튼을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추 수술용 최소침습 시술기구.
