Claims (8)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 점착성 수지는 로진, 송진, C5계 석유수지, C9계 석유수지, 디시클로펜타디엔계 수지 및 이들의 무수말레인산에 의한 변성물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 코코넛오일은 라우르산(lauric acid)을 30 중량% 이상 포함하는 것인 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 코코넛 오일은 라우르산은 30 ~ 70 중량%, 미리스트산은 10 ~ 30 중량%, 팔미트산은 5 ~ 15 중량%, 스테아르산은 1 ~ 10 중량%, 올레산은 5 ~ 15 중량% 및 리놀레산은 1 ~ 10 중량%를 포함하는 것인 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
아스팔트 100 중량부에 대하여, 점착성 수지 1 ~ 50 중량부, 코코넛 오일 0.1 ~ 20 중량부, 디메틸올 에틸렌 우레아 1 ~ 30 중량부 및 에틸렌 비스(스테아라미드) 1 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물. - 골재 100 중량부에 대하여, 제 1항 내지 제 5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물 1 ~ 50 중량부, 스티렌계 수지, 에틸렌계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트수지에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 보강수지 0.1 ~ 1 중량부, 플라이애쉬, 바텀애쉬 및 석탄재 부산물에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 다공성 무기재료 0.1 ~ 20 중량부 및 섬유보강제 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량부를 포함하는 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 혼합물.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 중온화 아스팔트 혼합물은 연화점이 70 ~ 100 ℃이고, 동적안정도가 800 회/mm 이상인 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 혼합물. - a) 골재 100 중량부에 대하여, 제 1항 내지 제 5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 조성물 1 ~ 50 중량부, 스티렌계 수지, 에틸렌계 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트수지에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 보강수지 0.1 ~ 1 중량부, 플라이애쉬, 바텀애쉬 및 석탄재 부산물에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 다공성 무기재료 0.1 ~ 20 중량부 및 섬유보강제 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량부를 포함하는 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트 혼합물을 포설하고 80 ~ 150 ℃에서 다짐하는 단계;
를 포함하는 저소음 내수성 중온화 아스팔트의 시공방법.
