Abstract
본 발명의 발광 소자는 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 정공 수송층 및 발광층을 구비하고, 전기 에너지에 의해 발광하는 발광 소자이며, 상기 정공 수송층은 특정 카르바졸 골격을 갖는 화합물을 포함하고, 또한 상기 발광층은 전자 수용성 질소를 포함하는 방향족 복소환기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 정공 수송층 및 발광층을 구비하고, 전기 에너지에 의해 발광하는 발광 소자로서,
상기 정공 수송층은 하기 일반식(1)으로 나타내어지는 화합물을 포함하고, 또한 상기 발광층은 전자 수용성 질소를 포함하는 방향족 복소환기를 갖는 화합물로서 하기 일반식(2)~일반식(4) 중 어느 하나로 나타내어지는 화합물, 및 삼중항 발광 재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
