Abstract
Description
도 1은 선행 기술의 LED-조명된 라미네이트된 글레이징 유닛의 가장자리의 횡단면도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 글레이징 유닛에 대해 관찰된 잔광 스팟 (기생광)을 보여주는, 비디오 촬영기로 촬영한 음화이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 글레이징 유닛의 첫번째 실시양태의 가장자리의 횡단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 라미네이션 중간층의 첫번째 실시양태의 투시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 라미네이션 중간층의 두번째 실시양태의 투시도이다.
Claims (8)
- - 무기 또는 유기 유리로 제조되며, 제1 주면(11), 제2 주면(12) 및 가장자리면(13)을 갖는 제1 시트(1);
- 무기 또는 유기 유리로 제조되며, 제1 주면(21), 제2 주면(22) 및 가장자리면(23)을 갖는 제2 시트(2);
- 제1 시트(1)의 제2 주면(12) 및 제2 시트(2)의 제1 주면(21)과 접착되어 접촉하고 있는 투명 라미네이션 중간층(3);
- 인쇄 회로 기판 (PCB)(41) 및 복수의 LED(42)를 포함하며, LED(42)의 발광면이 제1 시트(1)의 가장자리면(13)과 대면하도록 배치된, 적어도 하나의 발광 다이오드 (LED) 스트립; 및
- 제1 시트의 주면들 중의 하나 상에 또는 제1 시트의 두께 내에 배치된 하나 이상의 산란 부재
를 포함하는 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛이며,
라미네이션 중간층(3)이, 그의 주면들 중 적어도 하나 상에, 중간층의 가장자리로부터 글레이징 유닛의 중심을 향하여 연장된 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층(6)을 포함하여, 상기 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층의 부재 하에서는 LED로부터의 광이 제2 시트(2)를 통해 발광 헤일로의 형태로 보여질 구역을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서, 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층(6)이 빛을 흡수하는 층, 빛을 반사하는 층, 또는 빛을 흡수 및 반사하는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층(6)이 금속층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 시트(2)가 제1 시트(1)보다 크고, LED 스트립이, 제2 시트(2)가 제1 시트(1)를 넘어 연장되는 구역에서 PCB(41)에 의해 제2 시트의 제1 주면(21)에 고정되며, PCB(41)의 한 쪽 가장자리가 라미네이션 중간층(3)의 가장자리면(33)과 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 시트(2)가 그의 제1 주면(21) 상에, 제2 시트의 가장자리로부터 글레이징 유닛의 중심을 향하여, 제2 시트의 제1 주면(21)과 접촉하고 있는 라미네이션 중간층(3) 상의 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층(6)의 적어도 경계까지 연장된 불투명 에나멜 층(18)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 제2 시트(2)의 가장자리면(23) 및 제1 시트(1)의 제1 주면(11)과 접촉하고 있는 캡슐화 부재(4)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불투명 인쇄된 마스킹 층(6)이, 제2 시트(2)의 제1 주면(21)과 접착되어 접촉하는 라미네이션 중간층의 주면에 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라미네이션 중간층(3)이 유리 시트 각각의 크기보다 작은 크기를 가져서, 제1 시트(1)의 제2 주면(12)의 가장자리와 제2 시트(2)의 제1 주면(21)의 가장자리 사이에 그루브-형 공간을 한정하며, PCB(41)가 이 공간 내로 삽입되어 제2 유리 시트(2)의 제1 주면(21)을 지지하며, PCB(41)의 한 쪽 가장자리가 라미네이션 중간층(3)의 가장자리면(33)과 접촉된 것을 특징으로 하는, 라미네이트된 조명 글레이징 유닛.
