Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- a. 입구면과 출구면을 가지며 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 세라믹 월-플로 모노리스인 다공질 기판을 포함하는 패시베이션되지 않은 세라믹 월-플로 필터; 및
b. 다공질 기판 입구면, 출구면, 및 상기 입구면과 출구면 사이 중 적어도 하나 상에 코팅된 워시코트의 형태의 SCR 촉매 조성물
을 포함하는 필터 물품으로서, 여기서 SCR 촉매 조성물은 전이금속 촉진된 분자체 결정을 포함하며,
i. 상기 결정은 0.5 내지 15μm의 평균 결정질 크기를 갖고;
ⅱ. 상기 결정은 개별 결정, 15μm 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 응집, 또는 상기 개별 결정과 상기 응집의 조합으로 상기 조성물에 존재하고;
ⅲ. 상기 결정은 8개 사면체 원자의 최대 고리 크기를 갖는 프레임워크 타입의 알루미노실리케이트 또는 실리코-알루미노포스페이트이고;
다공질 기판의 평균 기공 크기 대 전이금속 촉진된 분자체 결정의 평균 결정질 크기의 비는 3:1 내지 20:1이고,
대부분의 결정질 크기는 0.5 내지 15 μm이고,
세라믹 월-플로 모노리스는 촉매를 갖지 않는 미소균열을 포함하고,
전이금속 로딩은 분자체의 0.1 내지 10 wt%이고,
다공질 기판에 대한 워시코트 로딩은 0.80 내지 3.00 g/in3인, 필터 물품. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정은 CHA, AEI, AFT, 또는 AFX 프레임워크 타입을 갖고, 상기 전이금속은 Cu 및 Fe 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 물품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 결정은 알루미노실리케이트이고, 몰 기준으로 15 내지 50의 실리카-대-알루미나 비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 워시코트는 중간, 비-촉매 코팅없이 다공질 기판에 직접 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필터 물품은 패시베이션 층을 제거하거나 탄화하는 350℃ 초과의 온도에서의 열처리를 거치지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 기판은 우세한 결정질 상으로서 알루미늄 티타네이트를 갖는 세라믹 월-플로 모노리스인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 물품.
- a. 제1항의 필터 물품,
b. 상기 필터 물품을 미립자 물질과 NOx를 함유하는 린번 배기 가스의 공급원과 연결하는 도관, 및
c. 희박 연소 배기 가스에 환원제를 도입하기 위한 환원제 공급 시스템으로서, 상기 필터 물품과 유체 연통되고, 상기 필터 물품을 통한 기체 유동에 대해서 상기 필터 물품의 상류에 배치된 환원제 공급 시스템
