Claims (19)
- 유체가 유입되는 일단과, 막혀 있는 타단을 포함하며, 길이 방향으로 연장된 적어도 하나 이상의 유입 채널;
막혀 있는 일단과, 유체가 유출되는 타단을 포함하며, 상기 길이 방향으로 연장된 적어도 하나 이상의 유출 채널;
이웃하는 유입 채널과 유출 채널 사이의 경계를 정의하며, 상기 길이 방향으로 연장된 적어도 하나 이상의 다공성 월; 그리고
그 위에 촉매가 코팅되는 지지체;
를 포함하며,
유입 채널을 통하여 유입된 유체는 상기 다공성 월을 통과하여 유출 채널로 흘러가도록 되어 있고,
상기 지지체는 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입 채널과 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유출 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부에 위치하며,
상기 촉매는 다공성 월에 추가적으로 코팅되고,
상기 지지체에 코팅되는 촉매의 양은 상기 다공성 월에 코팅되는 촉매의 양보다 많으며,
상기 지지체는 상기 길이 방향으로 연장되고,
상기 지지체는 상기 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터의 일단으로부터 설정된 길이만큼 연장되어 있으며,
상기 설정된 길이는 상기 지지체가 배치된 채널의 전체 길이의 50~70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터. - 삭제

상기 지지체는 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부와, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유출 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부에만 위치하거나, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유출 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부에만 위치하는 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터. - 삭제

상기 이웃하는 유입 채널과 유출 채널 사이에 배치되며, 유입 채널의 유체가 유출 채널로 흘러가도록 하는 다공성 월; 그리고
상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유입 채널과 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 유출 채널 중 적어도 하나 이상의 내부에 위치하며, 그 위에 촉매가 있는 지지체;
를 포함하고,
상기 촉매는 상기 다공성 월에 추가적으로 코팅되며,
상기 지지체에 코팅되는 촉매의 양은 상기 다공성 월에 코팅되는 촉매의 양보다 많고,
상기 유입 채널과 상기 유출 채널은 서로 평행하게 연장되며,
상기 지지체는 상기 유입 채널과 유출 채널이 연장된 방향에 평행하게 연장되고,
상기 지지체는 상기 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터의 일단으로부터 설정된 길이만큼 연장되며,
상기 설정된 길이는 매연 필터의 온도 분포에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매가 코팅된 매연 필터. - 삭제
