R1은 트리플루오로프로필기, 트리플루오로부틸기, 트리플루오로펜틸기, 펜타플루오로펜틸기, 트리플루오로헥실기, 펜타플루오로헥실기, 트리플루오로헵틸기, 펜타플루오로헵틸기, 헵타플루오로헵틸기, 클로로프로필기, 또는 디브로모에틸기이고,
R2는 트리플루오로메틸기, 트리플루오로에틸기, 헵타플루오로펜틸기, 헵타플루오로헥실기, 노나플루오로헥실기, 노나플루오로헵틸기, 또는 도데카플루오로헵틸기이고,
R3는 (메트)아크릴로일기 또는 (메트)아크릴로일옥시기로 치환된, 알킬기이고,
