Claims (9)
- 급전측 코일로부터 보내지는 자속을 비접촉으로 받는 수전 코일을 갖는 수전 코일 유닛과,
상기 수전 코일 유닛을 차체에 고정하는 철제 볼트와,
상기 수전 코일 유닛이 받은 자속의 주위로의 확산을 억제하는 자기 실드판을 구비하고,
모든 상기 철제 볼트의 하방에는, 상기 자기 실드판이 배치되어 있는 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자기 실드판은, 실드판 본체부와, 해당 실드판 본체부의 단부에 배치됨과 함께 상기 철제 볼트를 향하는 자속을 실드하는 볼트 실드부를 포함하며,
모든 상기 철제 볼트의 하방에만, 상기 볼트 실드부가 배치되어 있는 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 볼트 실드부는, 상기 실드판 본체부의 주연으로부터 돌출되는 설편이며, 이 설편의 측부와 상기 수전 코일 유닛 사이에 간극이 형성되어 있는 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 철제 볼트는, 상기 수전 코일 유닛을 차량에 탑재한 경우에 있어서의 상기 수전 코일 유닛의 전방부와 후방부에 배치한 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자기 실드판 중, 상기 철제 볼트의 하방에 배치된 부위의 높이 위치를, 상기 수전 코일 유닛의 하면보다도 상측에 배치한 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 철제 볼트가 고정되는 차체로부터, 상기 자기 실드판 중 상기 철제 볼트의 하방에 배치된 부위까지의 높이를 L1이라고 하고,
상기 철제 볼트의 전체 길이를 L2라고 한 경우,
L1<L2의 길이 관계로 설정한 것
을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 철제 볼트는 상기 수전 코일 유닛을 삽입 관통하는,
비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
모든 상기 철제 볼트의 상기 수전 코일 유닛에서 노출하는 부분의 하방에는 상기 자기 실드판이 배치되어 있는,
비접촉 수전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자기 실드판은 상기 수전 코일 유닛을 둘러싸는 주연을 형성하는 개구부를 갖는,
비접촉 수전 장치.
