Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법을 구현하기 위한 주요구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법이 적용될 수 있는 적용위치를 나타낸 예시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법이 적용된 배관의 내부 상태를 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법에 적용되는 얼음 공급라인을 준비하는 과정을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (11)
- 배관 내부의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 배관 세척 방법으로서,
연결관을 매개로 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리가 채워진 얼음 공급라인을 상기 배관에 연결하는 단계; 및
상기 얼음 공급라인 측에 공기 공급부를 통하여 압축공기를 주입하여 상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리를 상기 배관 내로 공급하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 얼음 공급라인은 내부에 길이방향을 따라 상기 얼음 공급라인의 내경과 동일한 단면 직경을 가지는 상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리가 서로 분리되어 채워진 상태에서 상기 연결관을 매개로 상기 배관에 연결되고,
상기 얼음 공급라인의 내부에 수용된 상태에서 서로 들러붙은 얼음 덩어리들을 상기 얼음 공급라인의 구부림을 통하여 서로 분리할 수 있도록 상기 얼음 공급라인은 연질의 재질로 이루어지며,
상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리는 상기 공기 공급부를 통하여 공급되는 압축공기를 통해 서로 분리된 상태에서 상기 얼음 공급라인의 내부로부터 상기 배관 측으로 공급되는 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리는 상기 얼음 공급라인의 내부에 물을 채워 하나의 얼음 덩어리로 얼린 상태에서 상기 얼음 공급라인 측에 외력을 가하여 상기 하나의 얼음 덩어리를 복수 개로 분절한 것인 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 얼음 공급라인에 채워진 물은 수돗물인 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리의 직경은 상기 배관의 내경보다 상대적으로 작은 크기를 갖는 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 얼음 공급라인 측으로 제공되는 압축공기는 소정의 시간간격을 두고 주기적으로 공급되는 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연결관은 일측에 내부로 물이 공급될 수 있도록 유체 공급라인이 연결되고, 상기 얼음 공급라인으로부터 공급되는 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리 및 압축공기와 상기 유체 공급라인으로부터 공급되는 물은 상기 연결관의 내부에서 혼합된 후 상기 배관 측으로 공급되는 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연결관은 상기 배관에 연결된 수도 계량기를 제거한 후 상기 수도 계량기가 연결되는 배관의 위치에 연결되는 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리는 단면 직경이 높이보다 상대적으로 더 큰 크기를 갖는 원기둥 형상인 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 얼음 덩어리는 단면 직경이 12mm 이상 14mm 이하이고 높이가 10mm 이상 12mm 미만인 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 공기 공급부는 컴프레서 또는 플러싱 장치인 얼음 덩어리를 이용한 배관 세척 방법.
