Abstract
접착 테이프 롤로부터 접착 테이프를 풀고,
풀려진 접착 테이프에는 캐리어 필름(1)의 한 측면 상에 접착 시멘트 층(2)이 제공되고, 반대 측면 상에 부분적으로 분리제 층(3)이 제공되며,
여기서, 분리제 층(3)에 의해 덮혀진 면적이 캐리어 뒷면의 총 면적의 50% 이하, 바람직하게, 20% 이하, 더욱 바람직하게, 10% 이하, 더욱 바람직하게, 5% 이하를 차지하고,
여기서, 분리제 층(3)이 제공된 캐리어 막(1)의 측면 중 적어도 표면이 에칭되고,
접착 테이프의 적어도 일부가 접착 시멘트 층(2)에 의해 하부 권취 플라이에 결합되도록, 접착 테이프가 권취 방향에 대해 횡 방향으로 팽창하는 매체 둘레에 권취되는, 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)
- 권선(winding)에 대해 횡방향으로 팽창하는 매체(medium)를 접착 테이프로 랩핑하여 결합시키는 방법으로서,
접착 테이프를 접착 테이프 롤로부터 권출(unwind)시키고,
권출된 접착 테이프에서 캐리어 필름(1)의 일측 상에 접착 시멘트 층(2)을 제공하고, 반대측 상에 부분적으로 분리제 층(3)을 제공하고,
분리제 층(3)에 의해 덮혀진 면적이 캐리어 뒷면(reverse side)의 전체 면적의 50% 이하를 차지하며,
적어도, 분리제 층(3)이 제공되는 캐리어 필름(1)의 측면의 표면이 에칭되며,
접착 테이프의 적어도 일부가 하부 권선 플라이(lower winding ply) 상의 접착 시멘트 층(2)에 결합되도록, 접착 테이프가 권선에 대해 횡방향으로 팽창하는 매체 둘레에 권취되는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 접착 시멘트 층(2)이 제공된 측면의 반대쪽인 측면에 분리제 층(3) 및/또는 다른 층이 제공되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착 테이프가 다른 플라이의 상부 상에 하나의 플라이가 결합된 수 개의 권선 플라이드들로 매체 둘레에 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 트리클로로아세트산(Cl3C-COOH), 또는 불활성 결정질 화합물들과 조합한 트리클로로아세트산이 캐리어 필름(1)을 에칭시키기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접착 시멘트 층(2)의 접착 시멘트가 천연 또는 합성 고무를 기반으로 한 접착 시멘트들의 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 크기가 권선에 대해 횡방향으로 가변 가능한 매체, 및
권선에 대해 횡방향으로 매체 둘레의 접착 테이프 상에 캐리어 필름(1)이 권취되고, 이의 일측 상에 접착 시멘트 층(2)이 적용되고, 이의 다른 측 상에 플라즈마-처리된 분리제 층(3)이 적용된 접착 테이프를 갖는 디바이스(device)로서,
분리제 층(3)에 의해 덮혀진 면적이 캐리어 뒷면의 전체 면적의 50% 이하를 차지하며,
적어도, 분리제 층(3)이 제공되는 캐리어 필름(1)의 측면의 표면이 에칭되는 디바이스. - 제6항에 있어서, 접착 테이프가 다른 플라이의 상부 상에 하나의 플라이를 갖는 수 개의 권선 플라이들로 결합되는 것을 특징되는 디바이스.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 접착 테이프가 이의 인장 강도를 증가시키는 적어도 하나의 필라멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 복수의 필라멘트들이 접착 테이프에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 분리제 층(3)에서 분리제가 스테아릴 설포숙시네이트들 또는 스테아릴 설포숙시나메이트들; 폴리비닐스테아릴 카바메이트들, 폴리에틸렌 이민 스테아릴 카바미드들, C14 내지 C28 지방산들의 크롬 착물들 및 스테아릴 코폴리머들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택될 수 있는 폴리머들을 기반으로 한, 또는 과플루오르화된 알킬 기들을 갖는 아크릴릭 폴리머들; 실리콘들 또는 플루오로실리콘 화합물들을 기반으로 한 계면활성제 이형 시스템들의 군으로부터 비롯된 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 접착 시멘트 층(2)에서 접착 시멘트가 천연 또는 합성 고무를 기반으로 한 접착 시멘트들의 군으로부터 비롯된 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 접착 테이프롤, 및 접착 테이프 롤로부터 접착 테이프를 권출시키기 위한 디바이스, 및
권출된 접착 테이프의 분리제 층(3)을 향하는 플라즈마 노즐을 갖는, 어플리케이터(applicator)로서,
접착 테이프 롤로부터 권출된 접착 테이프에는 캐리어 필름(1)의 일측 상에 접착 시멘트 층(2)이 제공되고 반대측 상에 분리제 층(3)이 제공되고,
분리제 층(3)에 의해 덮혀진 면적이 캐리어 뒷면의 전체 면적의 50% 이하를 차지하며,
적어도, 분리제 층(3)이 제공되는 캐리어 필름(1)의 측면의 표면이 에칭되는, 어플리케이터. - 제12항에 있어서, 접착 테이프를 위한 절단 디바이스에 의해 특징되는, 어플리케이터.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 플라즈마 처리 동안 생성된 반응 부산물들을 위한 흡입 디바이스에 의해 특징되는, 어플리케이터.
