Claims (15)
- 수평방향으로 연장되는 급배수관;
상기 급배수관의 일측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 제 1 연결관;
하단이 상기 급배수관과 연결되며, 상기 급배수관의 상방으로 연장되는 회수관;
상기 회수관의 상단에 연결되며, 상기 급배수관과 평행하게 연장되는 분지부;
상기 분지부의 일측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 제 2 연결관;
상기 분지부의 타측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 스팀배출관;
상기 제 1 연결관으로부터 상기 제 2 연결관까지 굽은 형상으로 연장되는 가열관; 및
상기 가열관에 결합되며, 상기 급배수관을 통해 상기 가열관으로 유입된 스팀용수를 가열하는 히터를 포함하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가열관은, 상하 단부에 형성되는 개구가 동일한 방향을 향하도록 연장되며,
상기 가열관의 하단부에 형성된 개구는, 상기 제 1 연결관을 하방으로 연결하며,
상기 가열관의 상단부에 형성된 개구는, 상기 제 2 연결관을 하방으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가열관은, U자 형상으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분지부는,
상기 가열관으로부터 토출된 기상의 스팀을 상기 스팀배출관으로 가이드하며, 상기 가열관으로부터 토출된 액상의 물은 상기 회수관으로 가이드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가열관은,
상기 제 1 연결관과 연결되는 유입관;
상기 유입관으로부터 소정의 곡률을 가지도록 상방으로 연장되는 스팀발생관; 및
상기 제 2 연결관에 연결되는 토출관을 포함하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 유입관은 상기 제 1 연결관의 연장 방향과 동일한 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연결관이 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 소정의 각도는, 15도 내지 30도인 것을 포함하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 토출관은 상기 제 2 연결관과 동일한 연장 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 연결관이 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 소정의 각도는, 15도 내지 30도인 것을 포함하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회수관은, 상기 급배수관의 연장방향과 수직한 방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회수관에 설치하며, 수위를 감지하는 수위센서를 더 포함하는 스팀발생장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 가열관에 설치하며, 온도를 감지하는 온도센서를 더 포함하는 스팀발생장치. - 조리실이 구비되는 캐비티; 및
상기 캐비티에 설치되어 상기 조리실로 스팀을 제공하는 스팀발생장치를 포함하고,
상기 스팀발생장치는,
상기 캐비티의 하단 모서리와 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 급배수관;
상기 급배수관의 일측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 제 1 연결관;
하단이 상기 급배수관과 연결되며, 상기 급배수관의 상방으로 연장되는 회수관;
상기 회수관의 상단에 연결되며, 상기 급배수관과 평행하게 연장되는 분지부;
상기 분지부의 일측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 제 2 연결관;
상기 분지부의 타측 단부로부터 소정의 각도만큼 상향 경사지도록 연장되는 스팀배출관;
상기 제 1 연결관으로부터 상기 제 2 연결관까지 굽은 형상으로 연장되는 가열관; 및
상기 가열관에 결합되며, 상기 급배수관을 통해 상기 가열관으로 유입된 스팀용수를 가열하는 히터를 포함하는 조리기기.

상기 스팀발생장치는,
수위를 감지하는 수위센서를 더 포함하고,
상기 수위센서에 의해 감지된 정보에 따라 상기 급배수관이 급수탱크 또는 배수탱크와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
