상기 결정된 힘 차이 목표 변수의 고려하에, 배력(Fv)이 힘 차이 목표 변수에 상응하는 실제 힘 차이만큼 변동하도록, 브레이크 부스터(68)를 구동하는 단계(S3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)는 상기 하나 이상의 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)로서, 브레이크액이 적어도 부분 개방된 하나 이상의 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)를 통해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 내로 이동하도록, 적어도 부분적으로 개방되는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)는 상기 하나 이상의 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)로서, 브레이크액이 적어도 부분 개방된 하나 이상의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)를 통해, 그리고 각각의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)와 할당된 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 사이의, 체크 밸브가 없는 하나 이상의 라인 유닛을 통해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 내로 이동하도록, 적어도 부분적으로 개방되는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발전기에 의해 가해지는 발전기 제동 토크(bgen)가 감소하는 경우, 또는 발전기가 비활성화되는 경우, 또는 상기 두 경우 모두에, 브레이크액이 브레이크 회로(50, 52)의 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)에 의해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 브레이크 시스템의 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 펌핑되는(S4), 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 브레이크액을 펌핑하기 위한 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)의 작동 동안, 브레이크 시스템의 하나 이상의 전환 밸브(72a, 72b)는 폐쇄 상태로 제어되는(S5), 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전환 밸브(72a, 72b)는, 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 브레이크액을 펌핑하기 위한 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)의 작동이 종료된 후, 서서히 적어도 부분 개방된 상태로 제어되는(S6), 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템의 작동 방법.

브레이크 마스터 실린더(62);
하나 이상의 밸브(70a, 70b, 78a, 78b, 79a, 79b), 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b), 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b) 및 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b) 및 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b) 사이에 배치된 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b); 및
브레이크 시스템의 발전기의 작동 전에, 또는 작동 중에, 또는 작동 전 및 작동 중에, 브레이크액이 적어도 부분 개방된 하나 이상의 밸브(70a, 70b, 78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)를 통해 브레이크 마스터 실린더(62)로부터, 또는 브레이크 회로(50, 52)로부터, 또는 브레이크 마스터 실린더(62) 및 브레이크 회로(50, 52)로부터 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 내로 이동할 수 있도록, 하나 이상의 밸브(70a, 70b, 78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)를 적어도 부분 개방된 상태로 제어할 수 있는 구동 유닛(10)을 포함하는 제어 장치(100)를 포함하며,
상기 구동 유닛(10)은 추가로, 발전기로부터 가해진, 또는 가해질 발전기 제동 토크(bgen)와 관련된 발전기 제동 토크 정보(14); 측정되거나 추정된 브레이크 마스터 실린더 압력 변수(16); 적어도 상기 발전기 제동 토크 정보(14) 또는 상기 브레이크 마스터 실린더 압력 변수(16)로부터 유도되는 평가 변수; 중 하나 이상의 요소를 고려하여, 브레이크 시스템의 브레이크 부스터(68)로부터 가해질 수 있는 배력(Fv)과 관련된 힘 차이 목표 변수를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 힘 차이 목표 변수의 고려하에, 배력(Fv)이 상기 힘 차이 목표 변수에 상응하는 실제 힘 차이만큼 변동할 수 있게 브레이크 부스터 제어 신호(20)에 의해 구동될 수 있는 브레이크 부스터(68)로 하나 이상의 브레이크 부스터 제어 신호(20)를 송출하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서, 구동 유닛(10)에 의해 하나 이상의 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)는 하나 이상의 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)로서, 브레이크액이 적어도 부분 개방된 하나 이상의 휠 아웃렛 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)를 통해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 내로 이동할 수 있도록, 적어도 부분 개방된 상태로 제어될 수 있는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 구동 유닛(10)에 의해 하나 이상의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)는 하나 이상의 밸브(78a, 78b, 79a, 79b)로서, 브레이크액이 적어도 부분 개방된 하나 이상의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)를 통해, 그리고 각각의 고압 스위칭 밸브(70a, 70b)와 할당된 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 사이의, 체크 밸브가 없는 하나 이상의 라인 유닛을 통해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b) 내로 이동할 수 있도록, 적어도 부분 개방된 상태로 제어될 수 있는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구동 유닛(10)에 의해, 발전기(68)에 의해 가해지는 발전기 제동 토크(bgen)가 감소하는 경우, 또는 발전기(68)가 비활성화되는 경우, 또는 상기 두 경우 모두에, 브레이크 회로(50, 52)의 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)는, 브레이크액이 상기 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)에 의해 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 브레이크 시스템의 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 펌핑될 수 있도록, 구동될 수 있는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 구동 유닛(10)은 추가로, 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 브레이크액을 펌핑하기 위한 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)의 펌프의 작동 동안, 브레이크 회로(50, 52)의 하나 이상의 전환 밸브(72a, 72b)로, 상기 하나 이상의 전환 밸브(72a, 72b)가 폐쇄 상태로 제어될 수 있게 하는 하나 이상의 폐쇄 신호(24, Is)를 송출하도록 설계되는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 구동 유닛(10)은, 하나 이상의 저압 저장 챔버(82a, 82b)로부터 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크 실린더(53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) 내로 브레이크액을 펌핑하기 위한 상기 하나 이상의 펌프(80a, 80b)의 작동이 종료된 후, 하나 이상의 전환 밸브(72a, 72b)를 서서히 적어도 부분 개방된 상태로 제어하도록 설계되는, 차량 회생 브레이크 시스템.
