Claims (11)
- 구동 시스템(100)의 교정값(K)을 결정하기 위한 방법으로서,
- 전기 머신(110)을 갖고, 그리고 적어도 제1 실린더(Z1) 및 크랭크 샤프트(180)를 구비한 내부 연소 엔진(105)을 갖는 구동 시스템(100)이 제공되고,
- 상기 내부 연소 엔진(105)의 적어도 상기 제1 실린더(Z1)로의 연료 공급이 비활성화되며,
- 상기 전기 머신(110)이 상기 내부 연소 엔진(105)에 토크로 고정되게 연결되고,
- 상기 전기 머신(110)은, 상기 내부 연소 엔진(105)의 상기 크랭크 샤프트(180)가 미리 규정된 회전 속도(n)로 회전하도록 작동되며,
- 상기 제1 실린더(Z1)에 지정되는 제1 실린더 세그먼트(segment) 시간 지속기간(tS1)이 검출되고,
- 상기 교정값(K)이 상기 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1)에 의존적인 방식으로 결정되고,
- 상기 내부 연소 엔진(105)의 제2 실린더(Z2)로의 상기 연료 공급이 비활성화되고,
- 상기 제2 실린더(Z2)에 지정되는 제2 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS2)이 검출되며,
- 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(Δt)가 기준 시간 지속기간(tR) 및 상기 제2 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS2)으로부터 결정되고,
- 상기 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(Δt)가 상기 교정값(K)의 상기 결정에 고려되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
- 상기 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(Δt)가 미리 규정된 문턱값과 비교되고,
- 상기 미리 규정된 문턱값을 초과하는 경우에, 상기 교정값(K)이 상기 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(Δt)에 기초하여 결정되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 교정값(K) 및 상기 제2 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS2)에 기초하여, 교정된 제2 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS2)이 상기 제2 실린더(Z2) 내의 연소의 불규칙성의 검출을 위해 설정되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
- 상기 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1)이 기준 시간 지속기간(tR)으로서 설정되고,
- 상기 교정값(K)은, 상기 교정된 제2 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS2)이, 상기 크랭크 샤프트(180)의 일정한 회전 속도의 경우에, 상기 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1)으로 실질적으로 조정되도록 선택되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
- 상기 제1 실린더(Z1)로의 연료 공급이 활성화되고, 그리고 최소량이 상기 제1 실린더(Z1) 내로 전달되며,
- 추가의 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1')이 검출되고,
- 추가의 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(ΔtS1)가 상기 추가의 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1')과 상기 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1) 간의 차에 기초하여 결정되며,
- 상기 교정값(K)이 상기 추가의 실린더 세그먼트 지속기간 차(ΔtS1)에 기초하여 결정되고,
- 상기 제1 실린더(Z1)의 인젝터(205)의 인젝터 특성이 상기 교정값(K)에 기초하여 조정되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 실린더(Z1) 내로의 상기 최소량의 공급 동안, 적어도 상기 제2 실린더(Z2)로의 상기 연료 공급이 활성화되거나 비활성화되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 실린더 세그먼트 시간 지속기간(tS1)이 상기 제1 실린더(Z1)의 고압 단계에서 검출되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
- 상기 교정값(K)의 상기 결정 동안, 상기 내부 연소 엔진(105) 및 상기 전기 머신(110)이 구동렬(drivetrain)의 전달 디바이스(125)로부터 연결 해제되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
- 상기 교정값(K)의 결정 후, 실린더(Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4)로의 상기 연료 공급이 완전히 활성화되고, 그리고 상기 전기 머신(110)의 동력이 감소되거나,
- 상기 교정값(K)의 결정 후, 상기 실린더(Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4)로의 상기 연료 공급이 비활성화되고, 그리고 상기 전기 머신(110)의 동력이 감소되거나 증가되거나 또는 상기 전기 머신(110)이 생성기로서 동작되는, 구동 시스템의 교정값을 결정하기 위한 방법. - 제1항, 제3항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 실시하도록 설계되는, 제어 유닛(115).
