Description
Claims (11)
- 하기 단계로 구성된 하기 구조식 (B)의 화합물, 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염의 제조방법.

(a) 구조식 (X)의 화합물을 하기 구조식 (XI)의 글리신 유도체와 지방족 또는 방향족아민과 톨루엔 존재하 반응시키고, 얻어진 반응 혼합물을 상승온도에서 2 ~ 4 시간 가열, 환류시킨 다음, 얻은 반응 혼합물을 30 ~ 50 ℃에서 15 분 내지 2 시간 동안 냉각시켜 하기 구조식 (XII)의 이민 화합물을 형성하는 단계;

식중, V, W, X 및 Y는 위에서 정의된 바와 같다,

식중, R1 및 R2는 위에서 정의된 바와 같고, R7은 에틸이다;

(b) 상기 구조식 (XII)의 이민 화합물을 20 ~ 30 ℃의 온도에서 6 ~ 12 시간동안 붕수소화나트륨 또는 트리아세톡시붕수소화나트륨으로 환원시켜 하기 구조식 (A)의 화합물을 형성하는 단계;

(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 제조된 구조식 (A)의 화합물을 용매 중에서 시아노겐 브로마이드(cyanogen bromide)와 반응시켜 하기 구조식 (XIV)의 화합물을 형성하는 단계:
