- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 분할 투입에 의해 반응기에 투입되는 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 총량이 상기 용매 1 L를 기준으로 1.0~3.0 몰인, 화학식 2의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 용매가 메타자일렌, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 에틸아세테이트, 디메틸에틸렌글리콜, N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸설폭사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 화학식 2의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (1)의 반응기가 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 부가 고리화 반응을 위한 용매로 채워지고, 140 bar 이상의 내부 압력 및 170~250℃의 내부 온도를 가지며;
상기 단계 (2)에서 분할 투입시 각 투입 회마다 반응기에 투입되는 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 양이 상기 용매 1 L를 기준으로 0.1~0.5 몰이고, 상기 분할 투입에 의해 반응기에 투입되는 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 총량이 상기 용매 1 L를 기준으로 1.0~3.0 몰인, 화학식 2의 화합물의 제조방법.
