Claims (8)
- 엔진;
상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 제1 유압(油壓) 펌프 및 제2 유압 펌프;
상기 제1 유압 펌프와 상기 제2 유압 펌프를 접속하는 유로(flowpath)에 설치되고, 상기 유로가 개방되는 합류 상태와 상기 유로가 폐쇄되는 분류(分流) 상태를 전환 가능한 개폐 장치;
상기 분류 상태에 있어서 상기 제1 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 작동유가 공급되는 제1 유압 액추에이터;
상기 분류 상태에 있어서 상기 제2 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 작동유가 공급되는 제2 유압 액추에이터;
상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는지의 여부를 판정하는 판정부; 및
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터 및 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터의 각각에 공급되는 상기 작동유의 배분 유량을 산출하고, 상기 배분 유량에 기초하여 상기 분류 상태로 하는 것을 결정하여도, 상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는 것으로 상기 판정부가 판정했을 때, 상기 합류 상태로 되도록 상기 개폐 장치를 제어하는 합분류(合分流) 제어부;
를 포함하는 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진의 배기 가스를 처리하는 배기 가스 처리 장치를 더 포함하고,
상기 판정부는, 상기 배기 가스 처리 장치가 이상(異常) 상태인 것으로 판정했을 때, 상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는 것으로 판정하는, 제어 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 상태를 검출하기 위한 배기 가스 센서를 더 포함하고,
상기 판정부는, 상기 배기 가스 센서가 이상 상태인 것으로 판정했을 때, 상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는 것으로 판정하는, 제어 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터 및 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터 각각을 구동시키기 위해 조작되는 조작 장치의 조작량에 기초하여, 상기 제1 유압 액추에이터 및 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터 각각에 공급되는 상기 작동유의 배분 유량(distribution flow rate)을 산출하는 배분 유량 산출부; 및
상기 배분 유량에 기초하여, 상기 분류 상태로 하는 것을 결정하는 결정부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 합분류 제어부는, 상기 분류 상태로 하는 것을 상기 결정부가 결정해도, 상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는 것으로 상기 판정부가 판정했을 때, 상기 합류 상태로 되도록 상기 개폐 장치를 제어하는, 제어 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 엔진에 대한 연료 분사량을 제어하여 상기 엔진의 출력을 제한하는 엔진 제어부를 더 포함하는, 제어 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 제어 시스템을 포함하는 작업 기계(work machine).
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터에 의해 구동되는 제1 작업기 요소(first work unit element) 및 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터에 의해 구동되는 제2 작업기 요소를 포함하는 작업기를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 작업기 요소는, 버킷(bucket) 및 상기 버킷에 연결되는 암(arm)을 구비하고,
상기 제2 작업기 요소는, 상기 암에 연결되는 붐(boom)을 구비하고,
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터는, 상기 버킷을 구동시키는 버킷 실린더 및 상기 암을 구동시키는 암 실린더를 구비하고,
상기 제2 유압 액추에이터는, 상기 붐을 구동시키는 붐 실린더를 구비하는, 작업 기계. - 제1 유압 펌프 및 제2 유압 펌프를 구동하는 엔진의 출력이 제한되고 있는 것을 나타내는 제한 신호를 취득했을 때, 상기 제1 유압 펌프와 상기 제2 유압 펌프를 접속하는 유로가 개방되는 합류 상태와 상기 유로가 폐쇄되는 분류 상태를 전환 가능한 개폐 장치에, 상기 합류 상태로 되도록 지령 신호를 출력하는 단계; 및
상기 합류 상태에 있어서, 상기 제1 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 작동유 및 상기 제2 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 작동유를, 제1 유압 액추에이터 및 제2 유압 액추에이터 각각에 공급하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터 및 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터의 각각에 공급되는 상기 작동유의 배분 유량을 산출하고, 상기 배분 유량에 기초하여 상기 분류 상태로 하는 것을 결정하여도, 상기 엔진의 출력이 제한되는 것을 나타내는 상기 제한 신호를 취득한 때는, 상기 개폐 장치에, 상기 합류 상태가 되도록 상기 지령 신호를 출력하는,
