Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 트리멜리틱에시드(Trimellitic acid)와 트리데실알코올(Tri decyl alcohol)을 반응용기에 투입하여 교반하면서 반응온도가 120℃가 되면 진공을 걸고 최대 120℃를 초과하지 않도록 조절하면서 10시간 동안 반응 상태를 유지하는 1차 반응단계; 1차 반응이 완료되면 진공을 제거하고 30℃ 이하로 냉각하여 수세한 다음, 산가를 측정하고, 산가가 기 설정된 목표치 내로 떨어지지 않으면 1차 반응단계와 동일한 조건으로 5torr의 진공을 건 다음, 120℃ 의 온도에서 4시간 동안 2차 반응을 실시하는 2차 반응단계; 상기 과정을 거쳐 산가가 기 설정된 목표치로 도달하면, 반응물에 10% 농도의 KOH를 첨가하여 1차 중화하는 1차 중화단계; 1차 중화단계가 완료되면, 증기를 불어넣어 탈취하고 10% 농도의 KOH를 첨가하여 산가가 0.5mgKOH/g 이하가 되도록 2차 중화하는 2차 중화단계; 2차 중화가 완료되면, 증기를 재차 불어넣어 탈취하고, 불어넣은 증기를 탈수한 다음 건조시키는 건조단계; 건조단계 이후, 하등액인 물을 분리하고, 상등액만을 수득하는 수득단계를 포함하는 그리스 첨가제 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)
- 트리멜리틱에시드(Trimellitic acid)와 트리데실알코올(Tri decyl alcohol)을 반응용기에 투입하여 600rpm의 속도로 교반하면서 상온에서 매분 5℃로 올려 반응온도가 120℃가 되면 진공을 걸고 최대 120℃를 초과하지 않도록 조절하면서 10시간 동안 반응 상태를 유지하는 1차 반응단계;
1차 반응이 완료되면 진공을 제거하고 30℃ 이하로 냉각하여 수세한 다음, 산가를 측정하고, 산가가 기 설정된 목표치 내로 떨어지지 않으면 1차 반응단계와동일한 조건으로 5torr의 진공을 건 다음, 120℃ 의 온도에서 4시간 동안 2차 반응을 실시하는 2차 반응단계;
상기 1,2차 반응단계를 거쳐 산가가 기 설정된 목표치로 도달하면, 반응물에 10% 농도의 KOH를 첨가하여 1차 중화하는 1차 중화단계;
1차 중화단계가 완료되면, 증기를 불어넣어 탈취하고 10% 농도의 KOH를 첨가하여 산가가 0.5mgKOH/g 이하가 되도록 2차 중화하는 2차 중화단계;
2차 중화가 완료되면, 증기를 재차 불어넣어 탈취하고, 불어넣은 증기를 탈수한 다음 건조시키는 건조단계;
건조단계 이후, 하등액인 물을 분리하고, 상등액만을 수득하는 수득단계
를 포함하고,
2차 반응이 완료된 직후, 진공을 제거하고, 냉각 및 수세한 다음 산가를 측정하였을 때 산가가 기 설정된 목표치인 0.5~1.5 mgKOH/g에 도달하지 않은 경우 기설정된 목표치에 도달할 때까지 2차 반응단계와 동일한 조건 하에서 추가반응을 수행하는 추가 반응단계
를 더 포함하며,
1차반응단계는 트리멜리틱에시드(Trimellitic acid) 1몰에 트리데실알코올(Tri decyl alcohol) 3몰을 투입하고, PTSA(p-toluenesulfonic acid) 촉매를 투입하는 것
